Chapter 9: Unveiling Potential

The sun dipped lower into the sky as Itsuki, Naruto, and Kiba lingered after their sparring interruption. Kiba still looked a little rattled, his eyes flicking between Itsuki and the ground as if he was processing the near hit. Naruto, on the other hand, was full of energy, bouncing around as if he'd just won the match despite not landing a single blow.

"I still don't get it, Itsuki," Naruto said, his voice full of curiosity. "How do you move so fast? You're dodging everything like you're reading our minds or something!"

Itsuki chuckled, adjusting his stance. "It's all about awareness," he said, keeping the full truth hidden. "You need to anticipate movements. You know, watch closely for the smallest shifts in your opponent's posture and movements and especially look at their eyes."

Kiba scratched his head. "Yeah, but it's like you're seeing things we can't. You dodged me and Naruto like it was nothing."

Itsuki smiled. His Infinite Mirror Eyes hadn't fully awakened yet or he still doesn't know how to use his eyes properly, but even in their dormant state, they enhanced his natural perception and reflexes. It wasn't just prediction—it was like seeing their movements before they fully committed to them.

"I've been practicing a lot," Itsuki offered, downplaying his advantage. "You'll get there with enough effort."

Naruto crossed his arms, pouting a bit. "Man, you make it sound easy. But next time, I'm definitely gonna land a hit on you!"

"Sure, sure," Itsuki said with a grin. "We'll see about that."

As Naruto and Kiba began discussing their next round of training, Itsuki's mind wandered. His earlier thoughts about boxing techniques—Mayweather's defense, Pacquiao's speed—reminded him how much he could still integrate from his previous life. He didn't even spend time nor learn martial arts before reincarnating, but his understanding of movement and physicality was sharpening rapidly. He could feel the vast potential of his eyes waiting to be unlocked fully.

Iruka-sensei had left them with a stern warning not to spar anymore that day, but the session had sparked something inside Itsuki. He wanted more. The gap between himself and the others was growing, not just because of his reincarnated knowledge but also because of his rapidly improving control over his chakra and instincts.

"Itsuki, what kind of Taijutsu did you use on Kiba? I've never seen a Taijutsu like that." Naruto asked.

"I want to know too, Itsuki."

"What kind of Taijutsu is that? Mmm, well I call it Boxing so I guess it's a Boxing Taijutsu?"

"Boxing Taijutsu? Why are you not sure about the name, it feels like you're the one who created it" Kiba asked.

"Well you could say that I'm the one who created it or invented it"

Itsuki thought "Since this is the Naruto world and not Earth, maybe I could take the credit on it hehehe."

"W-What?!!! You're the one who created it, Itsuki?! Are you some kind of genius?!!"

"It's just a Boxing and it's a pretty simple move and you could even learn it."

"It's not look simple at all, Itsuki."

"Hey, Itsuki," Kiba said, suddenly breaking his thoughts. "Do you ever feel like… I dunno… you don't belong here?"

Itsuki blinked, caught off guard by the question. "What do you mean?"

Kiba shuffled his feet, avoiding eye contact. "I mean, you're good. Like, *really* good. And not just in fighting. I can see it in class too. It's like… like you're already ahead of us and you even created your own Taijutsu."

Naruto nodded in agreement, surprising Itsuki. "Yeah, Kiba's right! You came in late, but you already seem like you know more than us."

Itsuki wasn't sure how to respond. The truth was, he *did* know more than them—about their world, their future, even some of their fates. But he couldn't let them in on that and that Boxing it's not really mine though but they don't have to know that.

"I've had to learn fast," Itsuki said carefully. "Coming in late meant I had to catch up quickly. But I still have a lot to learn."

Naruto grinned widely. "Well, I'm not gonna let you leave me behind! We'll both get stronger, and one day, I'll be Hokage!"

Kiba rolled his eyes but smiled at Naruto's typical enthusiasm. "Yeah, well, I'll be right there too. Don't think you can leave me out of it."

The banter lifted the tension from Kiba's earlier question. Itsuki felt a strange sense of camaraderie with them, despite knowing they were still children in many ways. But they were determined, and that was something he could respect. He had seen how much they would grow in the future. And now, he was part of it.

"Let's all get stronger together, then," Itsuki said, his tone sincere. "We've got a long way to go."

Naruto and Kiba nodded, their competitive spirits reignited.

As they all walked home together, the village bathed in the warm orange hues of the setting sun, Itsuki felt a sense of peace. For the first time in this strange new life, he wasn't thinking about his old world, his old family, or the crushing isolation that had marked his early days in this world. He was present, here, with these people—his classmates, his potential friends. It felt… right.

---

Later that evening, Itsuki sat on the roof of his small apartment, looking out at the village. The cool breeze rustled his silver-white hair, and he closed his eyes, feeling the flow of chakra within him. Every day he could sense it getting stronger, more attuned to his body and mind.

He reached for his eyes, wondering when the Infinite Mirror Eyes would fully awaken. He had a feeling that when they did, everything would change. His connection to this world, his understanding of chakra, jutsu, and even reality itself—it would all deepen.

*He doesn't know his eyes is already fully awakened. He just have to dig deeper and understand his eyes to know all of it's capabilities.*

But he wasn't in a hurry.

"Patience," he reminded himself softly. "It's all about patience."

A part of him still worried about his family back on Earth. Were they moving on? Did they even know he was gone? Had time stopped for them when he crossed into this world? Or Would he be able to go back to his world?

But those thoughts, though ever-present, didn't overwhelm him anymore. He had accepted that this was his new life, and if his family could move on, then he would honor their memory by making something of himself here.

In the distance, the lights of the Hokage's office flickered. Itsuki wondered what the future held. Would he rise to the same heights as Naruto, Sasuke, and the others? Or would his path take him somewhere entirely different?

For now, all he could do was keep training, keep learning, and keep pushing himself further.

---

The next morning at the academy, things felt a little different. There was a subtle shift in the way his classmates looked at him. It wasn't just curiosity anymore—it was something deeper, a kind of respect that hadn't been there before then there were those doubts and suspicious.

They whisper to eachother "Naruto say that Guy created his own Taijutsu and called it Boxing."

"Do you believe that? I mean Naruto is the one who said it. You know how dumb Naruto was so it's hard to believe."

As Itsuki walked into the classroom and ignoring them, Shikamaru raised an eyebrow at him from his usual lazy posture. "Heard about the sparring match yesterday," Shikamaru said, sounding both amused and impressed. "Kiba still looks shaken and I heard you created your own Taijutsu call Boxing?"

Itsuki shrugged. "It wasn't much but where did you hear that?" itsuki Looked at Kiba and knowing he doesn't brag a lot, then he looked at Naruto.

Shikamaru Naticed his gaze on Naruto"Yeah, it's Naruto, he's the one who spread it, but you're making waves. People are starting to notice you. Especially *him*." Shikamaru nodded toward the back of the classroom where Sasuke sat, his eyes locked on Itsuki.

Their gazes met for a moment, and Sasuke's eyes narrowed slightly, a flicker of something like challenge in his expression. It wasn't hostility—it was more like acknowledgment. Sasuke was beginning to recognize Itsuki as someone to watch.

"Well, this should be interesting," Shikamaru muttered, leaning back. "Let's see how you handle the attention."

As the day's lesson began, Itsuki could feel it—things were starting to shift. He had planted the seeds of something new. Now, all he had to do was keep growing, step by step, until he reached his true potential.

But his mind is on Chaos. "Fuck!! I forgot how talkative Naruto was and love to brag a lot! Fuck, what do i?! What if this will make me put at Risk???? I can't think of it being a Root member especially as Danzo's puppet!! How could I be so damn fool that I forgot to warn them not to spread what happened that day!!!!

Itsuki!
