Battle for Elena

Panting, Francoise raised his sixth shield. While Elliot was busy trying to defeat Malice's main body, one of her clones spotted Elena leaving. She sent her clone to chase the woman when Francoise and his grandchildren met her.

"I didn't know she would become this strong," Francoise panted. When he fully cast his shield, Malice's clone fired a giant broadsword made of dark energy at them. The old man held his breath as he watch the sword break his shield, which also shattered at the moment of impact.

"You were idle for all these years because you were gearing up," Francoise said. "You really are one hell of a woman."

"What did you expect me to do? Just randomly waste the days away?" Malice responded. "No, while you were busy running around trying to hide Elliot and defending him from the Paragons, I was holding my powers, keeping them until such time that I need it.
