I Choose In The One Piece Class, Do I Have A Choice?

Finn, who had traveled here, turned out to be Luffy's real brother. "My younger brother wants to be the Pirate King," Finn mused. "So, as the older brother, I have no choice but to become the Marine King!" He accessed the god-level selection system and saw the options: "1: Find a mate for Sengoku's sheep. Reward: Zoan Sheep (Common Breed)." "2: Befriend Sengoku's sheep. Reward: Zoan Sheep (Ancient)." "3: Steal Sengoku's sheep and roast it. Reward: Zoan Sheep (Phantom Beast)." "Tell me," Finn said with a mouthful of delicious roasted lamb, "do I really have a choice here?"

A location appeared on the Brain Phone Bug's radar.

It was Spandyne's location!

Spandain is the father of Spandam, the current CP9 chief. After passing on the position to his son, Spandam has held a significant logistical role within the CP agency. His office is located in Mariejois.

Finn had recently shared Spandam's phone information through the Brain Phone Bug, and from that, the signal of Spandain's phone was located.

Meanwhile, in his brightly lit office, Spandain was flipping through a pile of photos.

"No!"

"This one is terrible!"

"Definitely not this one; people won't like it at all!"

Spandain's mood fluctuated as he continued sorting through the photos. A happy expression would appear for a moment, then it would shift to frustration.

Originally a useless individual, Spandain had managed to climb the ranks within the CP organization by aligning himself with a Celestial Dragon. For years, he had been supplying high-quality slaves and entertainment to a Celestial Dragon to ensure his place in the organization.

Now, his subordinates had acquired a new batch of slaves, and Spandain was preparing to review them before sending the best ones to the Celestial Dragon.

"Only three of them can barely be considered the best," Spandain muttered, setting the photos aside. He turned to his subordinate and ordered, "Get ready. Before Saint Charmarco wakes up, I'll send him something special."

But as he waited, Spandain frowned and called out angrily, "What's going on? Where are you? Get out here!"

There was no response.

"Damn it! Are they slacking off and sleeping? Do they want to die?"

Spandain stood up in frustration, intending to storm to the door, but before he could, a cold voice echoed from behind him.

"Spandain..."

!!

Spandain's hair stood on end as he heard the voice. He spun around quickly.

Standing before him were a man and a woman. The man appeared quite young, while the woman wore a butterfly mask.

Spandain's eyes widened in shock. "You're Finn!"

"Ah, you recognize me?" Finn asked, a little surprised.

Spandain sneered. "Don't forget, the Marine officers and CP agents attending the World Government meeting receive information. As one of the two directly attending, how could I not know you?"

Spandain's tone was filled with anger. Though Finn was from the Marine and they were in Mariejois, Spandain felt no immediate threat. Still, Finn's sudden and impolite appearance irritated him.

Finn simply rubbed his chin, looking amused.

"Commander Finn, you should be resting at the Marine Guest House, right? Why are you here?" Spandain's eyes narrowed as he leaned forward, slamming his fist on the desk. "Do you realize running around Mariejois is a capital crime—even if you're an important member of the Marine?!"

Spandain believed his sudden burst of authority would frighten Finn. But Finn only raised an eyebrow and smirked.

"Spandain, you're fooling yourself."

"What did you say?!" Spandain's face reddened as he glared at Finn. "Who do you think you're calling a dog?"

"You! Aren't you just a dog of the Celestial Dragons?" Finn stepped forward, casually sitting on Spandain's desk. He reached out, removed Spandain's hat, inspected it, and tossed it into the corner.

That was the last straw for Spandain.

"You bastard! You're courting death!" he shouted, drawing a pistol and pointing it directly at Finn.

Without hesitation, Finn slapped Spandain across the face.

Smack!

The sound echoed through the office as Spandain's head snapped to the side, his body following in a stumble before he collapsed to the ground.

"Ah! You... How dare you hit me?! Finn! Are you trying to rebel?!" Spandain roared, clutching his swollen cheek in disbelief.

"Rebel?" Finn chuckled. "I've never seen the Celestial Dragons as anything more than onions, and you want to talk about rebellion? Isn't that hilarious?"

Spandain's face drained of color. The audacity of Finn's words sent a chill down his spine.

"What do you think the consequences of that will be?" he stammered.

At that moment, Robin, who had been silently watching, spoke up.

"Spandain! You devil! Do you still remember me?!"

She removed her butterfly mask, her face filled with anger and sorrow, her eyes brimming with unshed tears.

Despite the many years that had passed, Spandain immediately recognized her.

"Nico Robin!" he gasped.

Spandain's eyes widened as he turned back to Finn. "Ah! Robin, you're colluding with criminals! This is a capital crime!"

"Tsk tsk, a death sentence? How terrifying," Finn mocked. He shook his head with a smirk. "I told you, we're here to execute you today."

Spandain's laughter was filled with a false sense of confidence.

"Hahaha! Finn, you're an idiot! This is Mariejois!" he laughed. "You don't understand how well-guarded it is here! Even if I don't know how you sneaked into my office, the loud noise I made just now has already alerted the CP0 guards outside. You won't just fail to kill me—you'll walk right into a trap!"

Spandain continued laughing, convinced that Finn had no idea what he was up against.

Finn, however, remained calm.

"So, where are these CP0 guards you mentioned?" he asked nonchalantly.

"Th... them..." Spandain faltered. "W-where are they?"

His mind raced. The CP0 agents should have already rushed in by now, but there was no sign of them.

Panic spread across his face as he called out, "What's going on?!"

In desperation, Spandain screamed, "Help! Marine Finn wants to kill me!"

Finn smiled, a cold chuckle escaping his lips.

"It's useless, Spandain. No matter how loud you shout, no one will come," Finn said. "I've been using advanced breath-blocking techniques since I arrived."

Finn's advanced blocking breath technique had created a barrier around the office, preventing anyone from noticing their presence or hearing their voices.

Spandain was completely cut off from help, trapped in his own office with no way out.
