"Ding dong, congratulations, host, for obtaining the diamond-level attribute - Armament Haki! Do you want to absorb it?" Vell eagerly replied, "Absorb!" At the moment of fusing with Armament Haki, Vell felt his body become much stronger.

The Marine Chief Instructor walked in, his whole body numb from being scared by Vell. Black Arm Zephyr! "Zephyr, what are you doing here? Weren't you supposed to teach that brat Vell how to train?" Garp asked in confusion. Zephyr took two steps forward, looked at Garp seriously, and asked, "Garp, are you seriously telling me that your grandson hasn't trained yet? In fact, he's been a young adult for over fifteen years, right? Besides, didn't he start training very early?"

"What a joke!" Garp said helplessly, "My grandson Vell is not even fifteen years old this year. Probably, there are still three months left until he's fifteen." Sengoku looked at Zephyr's scarred face and asked, "What happened? Is it because of what just happened now?" Zephyr gave a bitter smile and nodded, telling everyone about Vell's second encounter with the Marine Six Style.
