Awkward Nervousness

The warmth that spread through Mallory lips and into her cheeks was met with the warm pinkish hues of blush. The heat that erupted from Mallory's heart flowed all the way through body directly into her mind. As each and every thought vanished from her mind Mallory couldn't help but blue screen.

Mallory was fully lost in the overwhelming emotions from the static electricity that surged through her nervous system as Stella's fingers ran along her skin to the pressing warmth in her chest as Stella pressed into her.

Stella could only feel the raging heart beat thrumming in rhythm to her breathing as she inhaled the warming breaths of Mallory. She knew her intentions but Stella couldn't help but greedily press further into Mallory's embrace.

"So it seems as if both of you need some space." giggled Valerie.

As the two quickly separated as a pair of kids caught with their hands in a cookie jar. Without even thinking about it their hands stayed intertwined as if parting would be a cardinal sin. The glances between the pair were shared as they tried to work out a response.

"Don't worry about little ole me I am just gonna slide into my room unless you think you two are gonna be loud." said Valerie rushing into her room.

"Wait Val it's fine we were just being comfy but we had no intentions of going further than that." squeaked out Mallory.

Stella couldn't help but look at Mallory with a small tinge of defeat.

"Valerie, don't worry about it. Me and your sister just felt a bit of passion but don't worry we won't disturb you."

"Oh if you say so. If you don't mind nosiness but where were you to lovely ladies tonight because you both seemed rather dolled up."

"We had a dinner to attend together with Stella's mother but it was a rough night. Would you mind if Stella spent the night here since I would rather her not returning home for the night?"

"Mallory, you pay the bills. If you would like to have such a beautiful and wonderful guest, then who am I to oppose. Also not to mention that I adore Stella and I will happily have her as a guest or even a permanent roomie."

Stella had rushed up to both during her statement taking that moment to pull the awkward pair into a hug. Valerie's infectious joy had somehow dissipated the tense air allowing the pair to breathe a sigh of relief as they gently embraced Valerie.

"Thank you for having me Valerie. Your warm welcome is very much appreciated, especially on this day."

"Stella, me and my sister are both here for you despite my sister's ability to hide her emotions."

"Well actually Valerie your sister so passionately defended me tonight like a true prince charming. She was so gallant that I swore she stole my breath away." replied Stella through her giggles.

"Oh my sister a gallant knight seems very much in character despite her unwillingness to admit it though she very rarely swears herself to another Stella so you should be very appreciative."

"I am very appreciative of Mallory for her beauty and soul are perfect isn't it Valerie."

"Indeed it is Stella."

"Stop it you two!" screamed Mallory face as red as a tomato as she scurried off into her room.

"Oh nos! It seems as though we have embarrassed her."

"Seems as though we have Valerie."

Valerie and Stella couldn't stop their giggles as they teased Mallory who was now well out of earshot. The pair continued their conversation slowly shifting to other topics as they sat and indulged in freshly prepared hot chocolate made by Valerie.

Meanwhile Mallory quickly and hastily changed her sheets and made sure her room was neat and tidy for she didn't expect to have a guest over tonight or any tonight by matter of fact. The various bits of dirty clothing or maybe clean clothing were all dumped into the hamper without discrimination.

With the sheets replaced and the room serviceable Mallory stepped out of her room to see the other girls giggling along in conversation. Mallory had not realized it for time stopped for her but several minutes passed as she got lost in a gaze as she took joy from seeing Stella giggling.

"Well are you gonna stand there staring or are you gonna come over here and comfort me?" shouted Stella as she waved Mallory over.

Snapping out of her dream Mallory hurried over to the pair taking the seat next to Stella with a gentle smile.

"Stella, you can sleep in my room and I will take the couch."

"That will simply not do Mallory if anyone takes the couch it would be me."

"Stella I must insist that you take my bed for it is only polite and you have gone through much today so a proper night's sleep will do you some good."

A small grin found its way across Stella's lip as her eyes looked over to Mallory for an interesting opportunity had appeared. Stella, like a predator trapping her prey, took that opportunity in a heartbeat.

"Well I need the comfort of my loving partner and you wish to be a good host then we should share your bed."

"I agree with Stella's plan!" encouraged Valerie.

"Both of you are truly devious!" responded Mallory.
