Alex glanced down at himself, amusement flickering across his face. Despite the jog, his clothes were remarkably dry and free of sweat. "Nah, I'm good," he replied, catching the towel with ease. "Not even a single drop."
Brittany raised an eyebrow, a knowing smile playing on her lips. "Right, I almost forgot, You are a god race after all. Regular human perspiration probably doesn't apply to you."
Alex chuckled sheepishly. "Haha, yeah, something like that." He shifted his weight, feeling slightly awkward under her gaze.
Suddenly, Brittany's expression turned serious. "Speaking of gods and stuff, I heard from Xiaomara that you started a religion?"
A flicker of surprise crossed Alex's face. "Yeah, it kind of just happened, Things got a little out of hand after I saved the city from the monsters."
Brittany's brow furrowed in concentration. "Monsters, huh? Not some kind of demon attack, then?"
