"Ughhhhh! Daddy why are you being so old?" I asked getting irritated

"So that's your good Morning Missy" he said with one brow up and still reading the newspaper

"Sorry father but my family is old Mom gives lectures and you always read this every morning" I finally voiced out and sat next to dad on the chair

"My dear we are old and this is what old people do I read this newspapers to gain knowledge and to understand more and more of this world I am a business man it's my job" he explained

"Go on" I said

"Listen dear" putting the papers down and looked at me in a serious face

"Sam you are sixteen not a little go who runs around as if she was under attack, what I am saying is that maybe you could be more of an adult your mom and I are not giving you speeches because we don't love you we are just telling you the facts about life and it's meanings we love you anything that happens come to us and we will comfort you" he said in a harsh but clear tone but he was also sweet and was interrupted by mom

"Breakfast is ready everyone eat we have jobs and school" she said as she drop the tray on the dining table and sat down

"Finally" I shouted and ate my breakfast my father and mother just laugh and l just ate my breakfast and my dad and mom took me to school while on the car I texted my besties Maya and Sadie

"Sup guys where are you have any plans" I texted and Maya texted back

"Nothing much I wanted to go to the mall with my sister"

"That is something you Dumbo" Sadie texted with an angry emoji

"That's is just bad, Sadie why are you angry all of a sudden" I texted

"My annoying stepmother she is just like those stepmothers in fairy tales" she texted

"Well I am sorry that your stepmother is treating you that way" Maya texted
