CHAPTER TWO

"Morning mom" I said hugging her tightly

"Morning sweetie how was your night" she asked me

"it was good really enjoying beauty sleep but then interrupted by a stupid alarm clock that keeps interrupting it" I replied back

"Wow! that was a good morning" she said while cutting the vegetables

l let go of her and opened the fridge and took out an apple and took a big bite out of it

"I don't know why life is like this" I said while eating while talking

"it's okay Sam and stop eating like you haven't eaten an apple before and stop blabbering nonsense" she reprimanded me so I nodded my head and gulped down the apple

"Wow mom that smells good" I said smelling the aroma from the food

"What are mothers for" she smiled

" I don't know but I will definitely not become married I will be only by my self in an old apartment with 75 cats"I said boldly

"Sam that's was what your mother thought but not with 75 cats I thought I don't need a man in my life and I got your father you are the Cruz only child you have to produce one so do it" my mother said as if she was giving a boring speech about life what ever as if Richard wasn't enough

"As if" I blurted out as soon as she was done with her motivational speech

"go,go" she immediately said "I will bring the food"

"Light food it's morning I have to maintain this figure"

"That will be over when you are pregnant you are not maintaining that okay" and she hit a bomb shell with those words

"Sure it's became you don't exercise"

"Who made me like this" she asked

"Me" l replied

"Now go and sit down"

"Sure" I did what was told of me and I went to the dining room to see my dad reading the newspaper
