Magic Revealed

Lieutenant Colonel Rafael, the commander of the 3rd Battalion of the 1st Armored Division of the Celestria Empire Army, was extremely angry. While his battalion was in pursuit of the enemy, they fell into an ambush and were shamelessly attacked. One platoon's mecha was destroyed, while the other two platoons were able to escape with the support of the 2nd Battalion behind them.

After breaking through the ambush of the Federal Special Forces, just as Lieutenant Colonel Rafael was commanding his soldiers to continue the pursuit, he received orders from higher up to abandon the pursuit. The task would be completed by the 2nd Battalion, and his battalion must immediately go to a prisoner-of-war camp to the west and eliminate all nearby enemies, ensuring that none escape, and complete the mission by destroying the entire camp.

This order, which came directly from the brigade commander, brooked no negotiation. Rafael was angry that he could not personally pursue the despicable attackers, but he dared not disobey the military order. The punishment for disobeying military orders by the Empire could make him regret why he was born. He could only choose to obey.

Rafael decided to vent his anger on the enemy. Urged by his soldiers, they arrived at the designated location specified by the brigade command in less than twenty minutes.

Gunfire echoed throughout the prisoner-of-war camp, with almost every corner engaging in a firefight. Some of the Empire's badly damaged guard mechas were being suppressed inside a camp building, with their firepower still desperately venting. There were rebellious prisoners running around everywhere, their figures flashing in and out of cover. Other guard mechas relied on the walls, using firepower to suppress the rebellious prisoners in the camp.

"Full attack, you annoying Federal insects!" Lieutenant Colonel Rafael gave the order without hesitation. As soon as his two platoons of mechas charged into the camp, no one could resist them. These rebellious prisoners would be blown to pieces.

Perhaps it was the first Empire mechas to charge in that made the rebellious prisoners see that there was no hope of escape. The artillery suddenly intensified, and after the reckless gunfire, a huge explosion ignited the ammunition depot. Then, countless subsequent explosions followed, and the powerful shock wave not only leveled the entire prisoner-of-war camp, but even overturned the mecha that Rafael was driving, which was preparing to approach. There wasn't a single living creature left in the entire explosion area, including the mechas that had just charged in. The blazing fire and the unknown timing of subsequent explosions made all Empire soldiers recoil. They just stared blankly at this human purgatory filled with mechanical debris and flesh.

Rafael leaped out of the fallen mechas,  his face reddened by the flames, which flickered in and out of existence amid the billowing smoke. As another explosion rocked the area, Rafael instinctively shielded his eyes with his arm. Suddenly, a blinding light illuminated the surrounding jungle, causing his eyes to ache.

After a while, Rafael regained his senses and issued a command. "Conduct a thorough search of the surrounding area within a radius of twenty kilometers, back and forth five times. Make sure no prisoners of war escape from here."

"These damned Federal cowards! When will they have the guts to fight back?" Rafael looked at the still-burning prisoner-of-war camp and had a feeling that perhaps the war on Nebulae planet would not be as easy as before.

An hour later, the fire began to die down, and Rafael led a squad of mecha into the area. The prisoner-of-war camp was littered with the bodies of Federal prisoners, many of whom were still in combat positions with Imperial guards. All the buildings had collapsed, and in the center of the site were small piles of Federal prisoners' bodies. Seeing these bodies, Rafael could immediately understand why the Federal prisoners had fought so desperately. Perhaps to them, since death was inevitable, they might as well take a gamble.

The stakes were the lives of all these prisoners, and they had lost.

The two platoon leaders in charge returned, bringing news of an empty area with no signs of any human presence for dozens of kilometers around.

"Burn all these bodies!" Rafael ordered, feeling suddenly relieved. "Maybe this news doesn't need to go through the commander; it might be better to send it directly to headquarters." With that in mind, he happily left this detestable place.

Ten hours later, after confirming that all the Empire soldiers had left, there was an unrestrained cheer in the underground passage. The prisoners, with tears in their eyes, hugged the soldiers of the Special Reconnaissance Brigade, and some female soldiers even expressed their gratitude to these brave warriors with warm kisses.

Fatty's magic was a huge success. He successfully erased hundreds of prisoners from the Empire's minds, making them disappear into the boundless wilderness.

Isabella tightly hugged Fatty's neck. She didn't know when this ordinary, chubby face became so attractive, making her unable to resist. She cried in Fatty's arms, until his clothes were wringing wet.

"Fatty, don't leave us." A hot body pressed tightly against Fatty's back, and a pair of boneless arms wrapped around Fatty's neck.

"Grace?"

Fatty felt his blood pressure soar... when did he start having such good luck with women? Frightened, he quickly broke free from the embrace of the two women and hid to one side, telling himself, "This is definitely not a good thing."

Not to mention how Fatty could handle the two women, if Grace's good friend, the slave owner Emma, found out about this, he was afraid that he would not escape her wrath and be cut to pieces by her. Now, Fatty had the heart of a thief but not the courage, and he was afraid that if he had the courage of a thief, Emma would cut his balls off.

"If the balls are cut off, what is the point to play my little gun!"

Thinking of this, Fatty immediately decided that he could only maintain a clear mind and not get involved with the two tempting beauties until he figured out this messy relationship.

He made a solemn and dignified appearance as a female devotee, with a pure heart that is free from the six senses and does not involve the mundane world, which made people want to chop him up.

Seeing Fatty's extremely creepy appearance even when he was supposed to be pure and clean, Isabella and Grace couldn't help but laugh. This guy was born to be a clown, and they really didn't know what he was thinking. When they hated him, he took advantage of them shamelessly, but when they liked him, he looked like he had been frightened, as if they were trying to assault him. It was really annoying.

On the way, the two beautiful women didn't spare any opportunity to make fun of the fatty. They pinched every bit of fat they could find on him. As they moved forward, digging a tunnel underground, their speed barely reached two kilometers per hour. The fatty estimated that by the time they reached the federal-controlled area along the east-west highway that traversed the continent, there wouldn't be any good meat left on his body.

"Fatty, how did you manage to get it done up there?" Grace's tender lips brushed against the fatty's ear, making him sway as if he were entangled by a fairy, itching all over. He really wanted to move his waist and tell Grace in a lewd tone, "Just like that, get in and get out." After all, life is precious, so he didn't dare to say it out loud.

"Hurry up and tell me!" Grace's teeth were already touching his ear, threateningly. Jake Tenorio quickly said, "Don't bite, don't bite, it's actually quite simple." He tried to move away from Grace, who was clinging to him, and looked nervously at Isabella, who was smiling beside him. "This plan is actually inspired by a magic trick that makes people disappear."

Grace's eyes lit up, and she pressed against the fatty again, asking eagerly, "Do you still know magic?"

Isabella chuckled and said to Grace, "If he says he can't do these deceitful things, would you believe him?"

Grace nodded but twisted the fatty's ear and said angrily, "This guy just likes to deceive people."

The fatty quickly changed the subject and continued, "Those guard mechas and the guns they were shooting at were remotely controlled from behind the cover. The positions of those covers were also pre-arranged. Although it looked like they were scattered throughout the base, as long as we showed up and then followed the direction of the covers, we could run back to the barracks in the dead corner of the enemy's line of sight where I arranged guard mechas to shoot back from the inside. Of course, the enemy wouldn't expect that we could enter the barracks with such intense firepower. When everyone entered the tunnel, I jumped back and used a mechanical arm to fill in the hole, and then detonated the pre-buried explosives. As long as the filled-up soil is covered by the collapsed barracks, it'll work."

The fatty was quite proud of his masterpiece and boasted, "Using visual deception and ingrained thinking, that's the secret of this magic trick. The Empire will certainly think that since the barracks are still occupied by Imperial guards, the captured federal soldiers can only stay outside, where there's nowhere to hide. After the explosion, they'll all be finished. Seeing the bodies all over the ground, they won't suspect anything. Hehe, you have to be smarter than me to see through it."

"You're just good at deceiving people. You've deceived them to death," Isabella said, holding the fatty's hand and rubbing her face against his, her accusatory words sounding unusually sweet. Her smiling face didn't show any sign of being deceived to death.

"That's right, I'll choke you to death, you dead liar!" Grace reached out to pinch...
