"Your husband?" Alina and the rest of the ladies had gathered around Loretta, bickering her with questions about how she got the ornament on her hair. Loretta nodded at her friends, her blue eyes fell on the plastic bag in Myna's hands, she was about to ask what was in it when Myna interrupted them.
"I'm pretty sure he stole it from somewhere." She remarked jealously. "There was no way he could afford to buy something like this."
"Myna!" Alina called warningly.
"He didn't steal it." She signed, trying her best to defend her hard-working husband. "Lambert is so hardworking he would never steal."
"There is no use trying to explain to someone like her," Alina snapped pulling Loretta's hands. "We all know she is quite jealous of you."
Alina was about to pull Loretta out of the temple, when they were stopped by palace guards; Alina and Loretta scooted backward fearfully.
