The stunned men and women could not keep their eyes off Kane's wrist. Most of them had seen Kane wearing the 'wristband' when he appeared on the teleportation platform. Little had they known that the wristband was actually an incredibly powerful beast. Since they were all in the evolved realm and were still tossed around like rag dolls, it was safe to assume that the snake was at the very least in the warrior realm. A sense of relief gradually settled in their hearts when they figured out that the snake was friendly as only death would have been their lot if the opposite was the case.
"That is one hell of a trump card you've got there, Kane," Abbas said when he had finally got a grip on his nerves. Everyone that was spat out by the snake was covered in Xoqi's saliva. Fortunately for them, they had not entered the beast's stomach or they would have been digested almost immediately.
