Clutch Victory

Muneer was knocked off his feet for a few seconds and the force pushed him about three feet backward. He somehow was able to land perfectly and maintain his balance. He quickly looked at his staff and his face looked grim when he saw cracks that formed on the body of his staff.

That moment of distraction was enough to give Kane enough time to approach him again and prepare for another attack. He still assumed the stance used when executing the [Thrust] skill.

'Another thrust attack? No wait, something seems different' thought Muneer as he used a skill [Line Tracing]. The color of everything in his sight except for Kane's sword turned gray. He was completely focused on the weapon as he prepared to block his opponent's next attack.

Kane launched his attack, [Assault Thrust]. His sword-wielding hand turned into a blur as he thrust five times at various parts of Muneer's body almost instantaneously. Muneer turned his staff and accurately blocked all of the thrusts.
