Many people had gone under the protection of monsters. Even if the Event gave the monsters a good reason to kill weak people, when the monsters became Authority level 5 Kings they didn't see any reason to kill people that gave little en-code, so they just accepted the free servants that came to them willing to sign any contract to live.

A good number of the human population had also been successful in hiding away from Kings that didn't have subordinates that were Hunters like Night City did with the Azard King.

Few people still fought the monsters and evolved to Ancient, Mythical or Celestial races. Currently, the highest Ranked ex-humans were those of Mythical races since all those who evolved into Celestial races where still evolving with few of them about to finish.

A notification came some minutes after the first.

[The winners of this event are the human/ex-humans. All human or ex-human races will now become Boundless races as a reward for the performance of the humans/ex-humans.]

[The monsters didn't do bad either so they all will get reproductive systems regardless of their job]

The monsters that kept humans alive were feeling kind of stupid now but what came after confused everyone.

1 month after the end of the WW3 Event.

In the country of Chad in Africa, thunder clouds were forming rapidly above a rudimentary city made of rocks. The clouds morphed and formed a giant face with blue lightning for eyes and blue lightning shining from the line in between the two lips. The face had female features and it looked down upon the city that had humans being driven around and ordered by various monsters.

The face had a very annoyed expression as it said 'Who is the boss here?' with a wide range psychic message. The voice was loud and sounded like thunder in the mind of all who heard it, shaking the monsters and humans with fear as they stared balefully at the giant cloud face that covered the sky.

A 4 armed and 3 eyed humanoid with orange skin that stood to a height of 8 feet climbed up to the top of the highest building in the rudimentary city, which was a 3 storey building. It looked up at the cloud face with defiance evident on its face and shouted with a wide range mental message 'Who are you? How dare you disturb my great kingdom?!'

The cloud face didn't bother answering the question and asked 'Do you have a name oh great ruler?' The monster replied 'What is this 'name' you speak off? Answer my question!'

The face of the cloud brightened, it smiled and said 'I win, it doesn't have a name! That's 13 for me and still 7 for you Bella, You'll never beat me!' The monster was confused by the reply of the cloud but before it could angrily ask for an explanation a bolt of blue lightning from the cloud face struck it."

"BOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!"

It wasn't just the leading monster all the monsters in the city where struck with lightning bolts that originated from the cloud face simultaneously no matter where they were. The humans in the city covered their heads and hid wherever they could to avoid the lightning but the lightning never touched any of them.

The first round of light passed and then

"BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM"

As if a drum of thunder was playing consecutive blasts of lightning rained down on the monsters of the city afterwards, turning every one of them to ash.

Countless continuous bolts of blue lightning struck the air one meter above the ground in the city as the cloud face dispersed. The lightning bolts compacted and formed a humanoid figure on the ground before they stopped. The humanoid of lightening gained colors and stability and formed the figure of a 5 foot and 2 inches tall light-skinned young black woman with long braided hair wearing a pair of jeans and a tank top.

She smiled as she looked at the result of her barrage. If Mira was here she would recognize that it was her friend Funmi. Funmi opened her mouth, ready to speak and blue light shone from the inside of her mouth as she spoke like thunder saying "ALL OF YOU GATHER TO ME" and sent a wide range psychic message that repeated what she said and pointed at her location.
