Eneas was curious about the mysterious pilot who had arrived and the mysterious technology he had used to selectively immobilize the enemy. But what urged him most was to know who was inside the cockpit of the enemy Mecha.
For the work on land they had to wait for the forces that were in the capsules of the civilian ships hidden on the mining planet to arrive and even for Thanatos itself to appear in the atmosphere and land in the surrounding area.
He could not tolerate the memory of Achilles being tarnished, much less to use the genius of the Hellenic warrior to attack his own. But reality could be much worse than the worst forecasts.
It was not the intact cockpit of the supposed leader that set off all the alarms; there were many enemy Mechas, and the supposed pilot fell from one of them.
A scream of horror was heard over the radio channel from the nearest officer...
"What the hell...?"
