The passage from the office to room for every queen was quite long, it was not like you could walk straight to the bed without enough time for the person to making any preparation, even if the emperor said he did not plan to go the steward had his duty to at least told the women.

Did she love this girl that much? No, but at least she did not hate or dislike the girl and this girl really relieved Alexandra of boredom.

Alexandra was a calculating woman and made her every move with a plan. Since her body was not the best asset anymore, the warmth of family love would be better for her to gain David attention.
