sacred land of korin

So here I am watching my adoptive parents flying around in the sky with a half lidded eyes (behind my bandages) holding a cold bottle of water we brought with us to the forest, we already started the journey so they learned ki everytime we stopped

Jack is doing loops around Marley and she is trying to catch him out of frustration

I introduced them to ki and while it took some time they both gotten proficient enough to learn the… air dancing technique? I'll just call it flying

I introduced them to flying and they struggled really bad with it, apparently according to both 'the ki slips' so they couldn't… 'grasp' it? Float with it basically

It took a couple days of off the journey but they can fly now, although with bad control and waste of ki they can fly.

In my genius I trained their flight through the game of tag!

Yeah you heard me right the game of tag, while Marley complained that it's for children Jack acted like a true man… he called her a chicken and that she is afraid of losing and they both got really competitive

If one of them falls or does anything too dangerous I'll fly at my top speed to catch them

I also trained my flight with them and made it a 2v1 for them to catch me it even trained my [zone], it was honestly really fun although would be even better without drenching my eye bandages with sweat.

Most won't think about it but flight needs you to not only spend ki, when you do maneuvers in the air you are using your muscles to move your body so if you aren't strong enough physically flying becomes exhausted

"hey guys! Get down here!" I shouted to get them down

Marley stopped to look at me while drenched in sweat while Jack didn't stop and bear hugged her in the air while even sweatier than her

"AHH" Marley screamed from the sweaty hug and squirmed to get out "stop!" she begged but he just laughed at her

"..." this continued for a bit with me not knowing if to laugh or be disgusted

*THWO* Marley released a large amount of ki to throw him away

Marley then flouted down to where I was and her expression seemed like she just went through hell, her clothes full of sweat that wasn't her and she looked sore in about every muscle

She went inside the capsule house Jack rented for the journey without saying a word

"…" after she was gone I looked at Jack with my best deadpanned face when he flouted down as well

"what!" he looked with a fake surprised face "it was funny and you know it" he folded his arms while waiting for my response

I didn't say anything and just went inside, I didn't know how to react so I just didn't

My ki has been growing a lot these days and I can currently use one eye for about a two minutes and both for about 40 seconds, I don't know exactly how the math works but whatever.

After dinner I went to room, and sat down with the radar in my hand, ironically I can't see anything on the radar without removing the blindfold but its not a big deal

When I got these eyes from the ROB, I felt like I could use their abilities, but I also felt that the consumption of ki would be beyond my current ki capacity but I am getting close to using Kamui, I'm almost there

I lifted my blindfold to look at the radar with one eye, and I can already see someone collecting the dragon balls, who it was though I had no idea I think this arc was about the red ribbon army? So its either them or goku but also something shocking

…there was a dragon ball in the forest

I didn't remember anything about a dragon ball in korin's land…

When Jack and Marley learned how to fly we had made great amount of progress

'After this journey I will try to take atleast one dragon ball and put it inside my kamui, that way no one can wish for anything unless I have a say in it' I thought with a serious face

I never said I was not greedy

We are currently flying, we are already inside the sacred land of korins so when I see the long pole that pierces through the sky I sigh in relief, we didn't know exactly where it was and I was starting to worry we won't find it

"wow" Jack exclaims "is this korin's tower?" he asks with wonder, probably because the thin pole can hold up the large platform up in the sky

"yup, he is currently our best shot for healing Marley's father" I answered while Marley just kept quite

We slowly came to a stop and looked up

"why are we stopping?" Marley asked me why I slowed down

"…" in my mind I just imagined whats the best way to approach kori, I don't remember a lot from early dragon ball so I just need to be respectful and hope for the best, Marley and Jack just waited for my input while I thought

"korin, is a cat" I told them when turning around, Marley was confused while Jack looked like he didn't find the joke funny "no seriously korin is a cat, so when you see him don't comment on that and be respectful ok?" they both looked at each other and slowly nodded when they understood I was serious

"welp, lets get up there then" I smiled a little and flew up at their pace

The reason I smiled was because not only would we meet korin but we are also close to the location of a dragon ball

And so with an eager smile I flew faster while ignoring the whines of my adoptive parents to slow down
