Thirty : The Confession

Kim Namjoon POV

October 3rd, 2019,

After the music performance ended, the atmosphere around me was a little quiet. Some of the diners had already left Minerva, but others remained at their tables. I sighed and took off my mask to sip my coffee. Sora still isn't comeback, I'm afraid that she and Sunmi have a fight over this.

"Annyeong, did you see Kim Sora? Looks like she was sitting here earlier", a man with glasses came over to me

"Annyeong...hmm Sora is with her friend right now. Can I help you?", I asked, looking at the man named Park Minwoo

"I just want to meet her and talk about something", answered Minwoo sitting in front of me

"You can tell me what happened. I'll tell Sora later", I said smiling

"Well.. why do I have to tell you? Are you her boyfriend ??", asked Minwoo with a mocking laugh

I clenched my jaw. This is the first time that I immediately dislike someone when I first met. I smiled at him.

"Ye .. I am her boyfriend", I replied

The smile on Minwoo's face disappeared.

"Jjinja? You can talk whatever you want. By the way,  I've seen your face somewhere ... are you an idol ??", he asked with a grin

"Ye", I replied

"Did You know? Sora likes a man who are smart and have a vision for the future. I'm not sure you have them both", he said softly as he leaned towards me

"Really?", I replied raising my eyebrows

"Ye ... you look as stupid as the idols out there", answered Minwoo while looking at me sharply

We stare at each other. I can feel the heat between us.

"Oppa, sorry, I made you wait", said Sora as she walked towards me

"Uh?Park Minwoo? What are you doing here?", Asked Sora when she saw him

"I'm just getting acquainted with your boyfriend, Sora", said Minwoo still looking at me

"Huh?Boyfriend?", Said Sora confused

I immediately got up from my chair and stood in front of Sora.

"Kajja (let's go)!! I have something to talk to you", I said smiling at her

I reached out my hand to grab one of her hand and pulled her walking towards the door 'staff only' beside the coffee shop. I opened the door and went down the stairs to the office is located. My heart is beating fast. Sora didn't say anything, she just walked after me, her hand was in mine. When I was in her office, I let go of her hand. She stands in front of her desk and looks at me in confusion.

"What's wrong oppa? Why are you acting so weird?", Asked Sora, staring at my face

"Are you and Sunmi okay? Are you fighting?", I asked anxiously

"Yes, we are a bit at odds, but that's not a problem, we are often like that", answered while biting her lip

"Sunmi told me everything about you and that man..I don't want you to be near him either," I said looking into her eyes seriously

"But Oppa, you don't know what he's going through, he's had a hard time before. I've forgiven him and have forgotten the past. He just wanted to be friends with me. I don't see a problem with that...", Said Sora a little annoyed

"I don't like him. I don't like seeing him looking at you like that. I don't like seeing you smile at him", I replied as I walked closer to her

"What? I don't understand what you mean. Why is it a problem for you? And why do you say that you are my boyfriend? Wae (why) ??", said Sora in a trembling voice and teary eyes

I gritted my jaw and walked quickly over to her. I hugged her and kissed her lips gently. I can feel Sora's body tighten in my arms. I felt my heart beat wildly like it was going to jump out at any moment. I moved my face away and looked into her eyes.

"I like you, really like you Kim Sora. I'm jealous. I don't want you to see a man other than me", I whispered to her

Sora looks very surprised looking at me. Our faces are very close. I gently stroked her cheek with one hand, and my other hand was still hugging her body tightly.

"I said you were my girlfriend because I really wanted that. I know, I can't ask you out on a date at the amusement park. I can't take you to watch a movie at the cinema. I can't hold your hand in a public place. But can we try this?", I asked her

"Oppa ..", she said with teary eyes.

"I like you too ... Of course we can try it. I don't mind at all," she said while whispering and smiling at me

Our lips touch. She kissed me back, softly. I felt a sensation that I had never felt before, like fireworks exploded all over my body. I deepen my kiss. I felt Sora's hand gripping my side. It feels so intoxicating.

I removed my lips from hers and looked at her face. She closed her eyes, her cheeks flushed, her breath was panting and her lips were swollen from my kiss. She looks very beautiful. I kissed her lips once again and hugged Sora tightly. Very comfortable. I stroked her hair, I inhaled the fresh orange scent from her body. I want to be like this forever.

"I will be very busy for the next few months. But I will try to find time so we can meet. For the time being, I want you to keep our relationship a secret. I will discuss it with management about this. We'll see how the decision later", I whispered in her ear

"Ne", she replied, nodding

The two of us stared at each other and smiled blushing remembering what we had just done. Suddenly my telephone rang. I took my cell phone from my pocket.

"Yeoboseyyo, hyung?", I replied

"Where are you, Namjoon-ah? Are you done with your business? There are technical problems that we have to solve. Can you come to the office right now?", Seijin asked from across the phone

"Ne hyung .. I'll be there soon", I replied

I hung up my phone and looked at Sora in front of me. I shrugged.

"I have to get back to the office. I have a problem to solve tonight. Maybe we won't be able to meet anytime soon. We have to prepare for our concert in Riyadh next week. I'll try to see you after returning to Korea", I said caressing her face

"Ne ... I understand", she replied smiling

"Make sure you always text me every day," I said, kissing her forehead

"I will, oppa", she replied, hugging me

"I'll miss you", she said, pressing her cheek against my chest

We hugged each other for a few moments. Then I said goodbye to her and left Minerva. My heart is still beating fast.

I walked with a smile towards my car. I was so happy that I didn't notice, there are a pair of angry eyes staring at me from a distance. I looked around the parking lot when I opened my car door.

"There's nothing....", I said to myself as I shook my head and got into the car.
