Underground Training Space

"What are you going to do with me, mister?" Shibata the boy inside the parakeet asked Ichigo as they were walking towards Ichigo's home.

Hearing the worry-filled voice of Shibata, Ichigo finally remembered that he was just a small boy and all this would have been too much for him. He also must feel lost now that he wasn't being chased by that hollow anymore and had no way of saving his mother.

"Nothing much, you'll just be sent to a nice place. On another note, that hollow lied to you about him being able to revive your mother. So you don't have to brood over it all." Ichigo said.

Shibata became silent after hearing Ichigo's words and after a while asked "How do you know about it?"

"I just know. Just know that you're going to be sent to a good place." Ichigo said without any intention of explaining how he knew about it.

Soon after Ichigo reached home with Shibata and went towards his room where Yoruichi was already waiting for him.

"What's with that bird in your han-" Yoruichi said and stopped midway realizing that a soul was trapped inside the bird. Ichigo figured it out that Yoruichi had sensed that the soul of a human had been placed inside that bird.

"Can you help him?" Ichigo asked her.

"I know someone who can. I currently lack the means to send it to the soul society." Yoruichi said as she didn't have a zanpakto.

"Are they willing to help then?" Ichigo asked her again.

"Well, I was here to take you to his place today so you can ask him yourself when you meet him." Yoruichi said and it was just then that Yuzu's voice came from downstairs, "Oni-chann come downstairs, the lunch is ready."

"Is this also related to my new practice place?" Ichigo asked her.

"Yes, we'll be using his place for that. Go and have your lunch. We'll go then." Yoruichi said.

Ichigo after washing his hands went to have lunch with his family before finally getting ready. Seeing him all set and ready to go, Yoruichi who was all curled up in his bed nodded and said "Let's go." As she jumped out the window.

Ichigo saw her figure waiting for him at the front gate for him so he quickly went downstairs and exited his house with Shibata in his hand. During the time Ichigo was downstairs Yoruichi had explained it all to him about how good a place the soul society and he had a small chance of being able to meet his mother there aswell which made the worries in his heart disappear.

Yoriuichi jumped on top of the boundary wall and started walking. Ichigo started following her and after walking like this for twenty to twenty-five minutes they soon reached their destination, Urahara Shop.

Just outside the shop Tessai was there dusting off the goods that were placed outside their shop. Seeing Yoruichi walking towards him along with an orange-haired lad his curiosity was piqued as he asked "Yoruichi is this the boy?"

"He is." Yoruichi said which led to Tessai observing Ichigo slowly from top to bottom as he slowly nodded and said "Boss is relaxing in the living room."

Yoruichi acknowledged and started walking inside the shop. Ichigo followed her not forgetting to bow his head a little to greet Tessai as they were meeting for the first time.

After removing his shoes he entered the interior of the house and after opening a paper door he saw a man with a green and white vertical striped hat on his head who was sitting cross-legged with a cup of tea in his hand.

"You must be Kurosaki Ichigo, I've heard about you from Yoruichi," Kisuke said as he slowly got up from the ground after placing his tea on the table. "..that bird you have is interesting." He said after noticing the bird cage in Ichigo's hand.

"I wanted your help regarding this, Can you help him?" Ichigo said while pointing at the bird.

"Sure, let me see it," Kisuke said. Ichigo placed the cage on the ground and opened it to let Shibata out. Understanding what he needed to do, Shibata walked towards Kisuke.

"There's nothing to worry about little one, it's a simple procedure. Urahara said and stumped the bird's head lightly with his wooden stick which set the soul of the boy that had been bound free as it slowly started disappearing into the surrounding.

"Thank you, mister. Sorry for troubling you all..." With that, his soul finally disappeared.

One could see the smile on his face as he said goodbye to all of them after thanking them. When all of this was over Yoruichi approached Kisuke and said "Let's take him to the training ground then."

"Alright," Kisuke says and opens up the mat on which he was previously sitting. A dark tunnel soon becomes visible to Ichigo as he sees Kisuke slowly going down in it with the help of ladders that have been placed in it.

"Come down, it ain't scary," Kisuke said when his head almost disappeared. Yoruichi signalled Ichigo to follow him and Ichigo too slowly proceeded to copy what Kisuke had done earlier. When he was all set to go down Yoruichi jumped on his shoulders and went down along with him.

After descending for a few seconds, close to a minute, they finally reached the bottom. The interior of this place was just like how he remembered seeing it in the anime.

"The walls and the ceilings are painted to resemble a cloudy sky over this rocky terrain. You don't need to worry about bumping into them as this room is as large as it appears to be. In case you do get close to the walls, a spell has been cast onto them so you would feel like you've struck a cushion rather than a wall…" Kisuke explains to Ichigo who was observing his surrounding.

Kisuke soon left Ichigo with Yoruichi to train as Yoruichi instructed him to continue practising Shakkaho spell until his reserves are dry.
