Conquering Courtney and then getting Conquered (R-18)

While the real Death was greeting the newly-born Phoenix god, his Avatar had taken Courtney away after the presentation and got a hotel room along with his other companions where they could speak privately. He led them into one of the suite's two attached bedrooms so their words wouldn't be heard through the balcony from other rooms, even though this was extremely unlikely.

Courtney was a bit of a nervous wreck after Death had so easily discerned her true identity and claimed that their ideals were idiotic. She did not want to believe him, but with him seeming so damn well-informed, she couldn't help but want...no she needed... to hear him out at least.

Serena, Misty, Mukuro and Valerie all shared the same suite, which only had two bedrooms in it, to Courtney's surprise. "Well, according to my research into the Alola region, there is a company there that made an artificial island without relying on natural disasters like Groudon or Kyogre, so if you want more land, you could mimic them." Death pointed out to Courtney.

"But Groudon is more efficient" Courtney insisted "And the landmass he forms would be verdant and more suitable for life."

"Lets start with what happens if both Kyogre and Groudon awaken by explaining what happened the last time they awakened." Death suggested to Courtney "Wherever Kyogre went, within a gigandc area rain fell, area's flooded and landmasses started sinking beneath the seas. Meanwhile, within a similar range around Groudon new volcanos formed and began erupting along with existing ones. Yes, this created new land, but the volcanos killed everything in their path. Eventually, Kyogre and Groudon met each other and fought near Hoenn, where the twofold natural disasters threatened to wipe out all life in Hoenn, A primitive people called the dragonoids who had a strong relationship with the legendary Pokémon Rayquaza, begged Rayquaza to intervene and save the world by making Kyogre and Groudon go back to sleep, and Rayquasa answered their calling and went to battle the duel disaster-bringers, but Rayquaza was not enough. When things looked bleak for the people and Pokémon of Hoenn, a miracle occurred. A meteor fell from the sky that radiated a special energy that reminded the Dragonoids of their protector, Rayquaza. Risking his life, a great hero of the dragonoids charged into the center of the three-way battlefield and delivered the meteorite to Rayquaza. Rayquaza consumed the meteorite and underwent a mysterious transformation, changing it's appearance and becoming much stronger, and was finally able to best Kyogre and Groudon and return them to their slumber before Rayquaza's transformation ended."

"Was it a mega-evolution!?" Serena asked excitedly

"Probably. Or at least something similar. I don't have first-hand information, only what Weiss learned after studying the records of the era left by the Dragonoids at the Sky Pillar." Death admitted to Serena "But the reality is that we dare not hope for the same miracle to fall from the sky to save us again, so what happens if Groudon and Kyogre wake up now? Well, they fight until one side wins, and if it is groudon that wins the land will spread continuously until there are no oceans left, and all aquatic life will die off, and soon after all land-based life that somehow endured the continuous volcanic eruptions will perish as the balance is broken. Meanwhile, if Kyogre wins, the water level will rise continuously until the world is one huge ocean. All land-based life and freshwater-dwelling life will go extinct and only sea-based like will flourish." he then looked at Courtney again "There is no happy ending if you awaken Groudon. Maxie is wrong if he thinks that he can control Groudon, because that will not be possible. Kyogre and Groudon are basically primordial gods, created by Arceus as tools to sculpt a world for him, so that under the guidance of Arceus, the world could be filled with life. Only Arceus can control these two Primordial forces. Anyone that thinks that they can is deluding themselves. And even if you still don't believe me, are you willing to gamble with the whole world, when if I am right you would be dooming all life on the planet?"

Courtney looked as though she had just been slapped by Death when she heard his explanation "Arceus? What's that?"

"Arceus is the god that created this world and everything in it." Death explained to Courtney "According to the legends, he had a thousand arms, but this is a lie. It has a fragment of truth to it, though. The first thing Arceus created were the Pokémon known as unown, and an unfathomable number of them, which he used to begin warping reality and creating everything else. Arceus began creating this world from the region now known as Sinnoh from atop what is not known as Mount Coronet. His next creations were the creation god trio, Dialga, the ruler of Time, Palkia, the Ruler of Space, and Giratina, the Antimatter Monarch, then he created the most important concepts that would make life worth living, which were embodied by three very special Pokémon: Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie. Azelf was granted the title 'Bringer of Willpower'. Mesprit was the 'Bringer of Emotions', and Uxie was the 'Bringer of Knowledge.' And only after Sinnoh was completed by Arceus were Kyogre, Groudon, and Regigigas to assist in creating the rest of the world. At some point Rayquaza was created to try to keep Kyogre and Groudon in check after the job that they were created to do was completed to the satisfaction of Arceus."

"So the Sinnoh region was made by the 'god' that created even Kyogre and Groudon?" Courtney asked with shock.

Death merely nodded to Courtney "Hoenn is merely where Arceus decided that Groudon and Kyogre had finished their work and put them to sleep there until such a time as he needs to remake the world again, or at least that is my guess. Maybe he just didn't want to erase creations h had made just because they had served their purposes, but knew that they couldn't be left unrestrained either" he speculated "The point is that Groudon and Kyogre fall into the category of Elemental gods and humans have no hope of controlling them"

"Can the other three be controled?" Courtney asked

"Giratina was sealed away in the distortion realm, so it shouldn't be possible for humans to even interact with it. Dialga and Palkia hypothetically can by controlled, but not by humans." Death started giving Courtney head pats "Dialga and Palkia literally embody Time and Space. If anything happens to either of them all creation may cease to exist, so one shouldn't even think about trying to control them unless they are idiots. Arceus did give Azelf, Mesprit and Uxie were limited capacity to control them if they acted out and caused chaos, to send them back to their respective dimensions, so that is another purpose they have in addition to giving the world Willpower, Emotions and Knowledge. This ability probably extends to restraining Giratina as well, though as mentioned it is far more difficult for him to appear here. So basically they are like babysitters to keep the creation trio in check."

Courtney told them how Archie said she knew too much, but that they could bring her back to the base so that some of 'the boys' could enjoy her before they disposed of her, which led to her failed suicide attempt and her rescue by Maxie and Team Magma.

She told them how Maxie acted like a father for her and for the first time in her life she felt she had felt what a parents love was supposed to feel like, and this led her to become a fanatical supporter. She explained the horrific things she had done as a member of Team Magma because it advanced their grand plan, which she thought was for the greater good. She was able to commit evil deeds because she felt that by bearing the burden of those acts she would create an even better world for all people and Pokémon.

Death and the others were of course disgusted by the acts that Courtney had told them about, but none of them seemed to blame her.

"You said it yourself, Courtney. You were fourteen years old when Maxie rescued you and a father figure that you trusted told you about what seemed like a noble mission." Death explained to her before kissing her cheek "I stand by my words, Courtney. Now that you are my lover, only your future matters. You now know how foolish Maxie's ambitions are, so if you change course you can make amends. Who knows maybe we'll be able to make Maxie see reason?"

Courtney nodded in understanding and started crying, but out of happiness rather then sadness. She had convinced herself that they'd hate her after they knew the truth, but none of them actually seemed to hate her. Death kept his arms around Courtney's waist and let her cry while resting her head on his shoulder.

Death was careful not to react when the notification appeared as he continued soothing Courtney. but inwardly he was confused for a moment since this quest hadn't activated when he took the Neo of Remnant Prime as a lover. Sure, the Neo from his world was saved from her horrible fate and never became a villain in the first place, and the same held true for Cinder and Emerald who became his lovers more recently, but the Neo of Remnant Prime had a villain role.

The only conclusion he could come too was that, like Emerald, Neo in that world was destined to change sides in the future, or at least had the chance too, so she hadn't firmly been given the villainess role. Or maybe the villainess role implied more of a leadership status. Remnant Prime's Neo followed Roman Torchwick like a devoted daughter, and when he died she was broken inside and lashed out at who she perceived as having stolen her father from her. Maybe that attitude of a daughter coping with a loss and just lashing out did not allow her to receive the designation. Maybe the difference was Courtney had a more direct role in leadership decisions within Team Magma while Neo Prime just obeyed orders and never gave them?

Death discretely checked the coupons he received and found that anything under rare grade in one section of the shop could be purchased for 1 shop point each, which was nice as he could summon a lot of people if he wanted too, as long as they were Rare grade or lower, but first he decided to Use the Random Sub-System Update Token and see what it got.

When the roulette wheel appeared, Death discretely started watching it and saw one Su-System that sounded the most useful, which was the 'Dimensional God Sub-System', but the other options seemed mostly tied to different jobs, like the 'Musician Sub-System', 'Engineer Sub-System', and the 'Real Estate Sub-System' to name a few, but he wasn't sure what any of these did.

Nearing the 'Dimensional God Sub-System when the roulette was slowing down, Death secretly started growing excited, but that excitement ceased when it fell short and landed on 'Game Developer Sub-System.
