Publicity and Appearance of a God
A bit over a month had passed since Death had collected his first Johto League Badge in Violet City, followed by his second in Azalea Town. Both battles were simple for him and rather uneventful, but today he was finally arriving in Goldenrod City, which was the largest city in the whole Johto region.
His next battle was against Whitney, but he was in no hurry to to there as Ash and Brock were still back in Azalea Town, and this afternoon was the live broadcast of episode 20 of volume two of RWBY, which ended with the Breach, the Reveal of Team CFVY in all their badass goodness, and then a special presentation that was to tease the last ten episodes of volume 2 and something else, though the viewers didn't know that.
Their timing for entering the town was actually quite good, considering that Goldenrod had a special viewing of the occasion since the show was so popular and Death had secured tickets for him and his travelling companions. He, however, had a ditto alter his face since he knew that he'd have an avatar appearing live from Kalos after the episode and during the presentation that followed.
Death led Serena, Misty, Mukuro and Valerie towards the theater and showed their tickets to enter and then headed inside. When they took their seats, Death spotted a beautiful woman with short purple hair and matching purple eyes next to their five seats and he thought that she seemed pretty familiar though he couldn't recall from where.
"My, aren't you a popular guy" the purple haired beauty giggled.
"Indeed I am." Death shrugged and took a seat next to her, internally trying to figure out where he knew this woman from.
"My name is Courtney, by the way." she introduced herself, and her identity clicked.
"Oh, I know." Death answered and chuckled "I hope Maxie hasn't ordered you to stir up any trouble. You are a long ways from the Hoenn region."
Courtney was shocked when she heard his words "How did you know?"
"I've studied up on both Aqua and Magma. A bunch of idealistic idiots who underestimate the cataclysm they want to bring upon the world, viewing it in an unrealistic and utopian manner." Death quietly admitted to Courtney "If you want I can tell you exactly what will happen if either your group or Aqua succeeds at their goal, after the presentation" he suggested.
"You don't want to have me arrested?" Courtney asked with confusion.
"As far as I know you've broken no laws in Johto yet so that's not really an option. Instead, I hope to enlighten you into seeing how misguided your groups goals are and to put you on a better path." Death pointed out to her.
The episode suddenly started being broadcasted and they watched the whole thing, with the audience being thrilled with the appearance of Team CFVY and the episode finally ended before the follow up presentation started

Walking beside Diantha, An Avatar of Death came out onto a stage. Just like where the real Death was, they were broadcasting live from a place that also had a special showing of the latest episode of 'RWBY', which had just concluded to the applause of an audience of around a thousand, who were applauding happily.
"Hello Kalos Region! Welcome to viewers watching around the world to the first ever Semi-Annual RWBY Convention!" Death called out as the pair reached the podium
The fans hollered out and seemed very happy and applauded some more for a while.
Death waited patiently for them to calm down before continuing to speak "Now I would like to welcome our first guest."
Death snapped his fingers and a cloud of rose petals started flying up above in a display of aerial acrobatics as a song started playing in the auditorium.

Since the fan song from his original world that he got from his system was not known in this world, Death shamelessly ripped off and remade it into am introduction to go with Ruby's rather incredible entrance performance.
Ruby may have stopped aging at 17, but had actually had far longer to home her semblance, and hence was able to split apart her rose petals, form images, such as rose petals shaped as herself doing battle with Rose petal beowolves, until the some concluded and all of the rose petals slammed down onto the stage and formed into the real Ruby, to riotous applause from the audience.
After that spectacular introduction Ruby announced the live reveal of three complete songs from Volume one and hyped them all up really well. She was not the same timd girl as she was in her youth and had no trouble getting the audience excited before gesturing to the big screen behind her and walking off the stage to join Death and Diantha while a video started playing for 'Gold' with carefully selected scenes of Yang and Ruby from not only the series, but other new scenes including from their childhood.
Many in the Audience were moved to tears by the video, which meant it had done it's job. This video ended with the arrival of Yang Xiao Long, who announced the next song, which was Mirror Mirror, which was edited together with unrevealed scenes from Weiss's childhood. It didn't spoil too much, but did give the Pokémon World their first look at Jacques Schnee.
Weiss in turn arrived and announced the song 'From Shadows' which led to the appearance of Blake, who announced a very special presentation to tease the final 10 episodes of Volume 2. This video ended up set to 'Lusus Naturae' and actually played the whole song with scenes from the show to come, revealing that most or all of the arc seemed to be in a forest with many grimm that had a strange green glow to parts of them.
Team RWBY and Team JNPR seemed to be fighting them as well... This was of course because it turned out that in Remnant Prime, the two teams actually had dealt with Doctor Merlot during the early part of the 'break' after volume 1 and before they arrived back at Beacon for the last day of Break that started Volume 3. Since he couldn't stretch Merlot's arc to a full 30 hour long episodes, he incorporated it into the last third of Volume two.
Their was more riotous applause after the traile ended and Diantha and Death came back out onto the stage.
"That certainly was amazing, wasn't it? I for one am eager to see where these last ten episodes will take us." Diantha announced and looked like she was about to speak again when the lights dimmed again ang the huge screen turned back on, revealing a spinning W.
The audience waited while holding their breath before none other then Roman Torchwick appeared on the screen. This was actually an avatar of Death that had transformed to look like Roman.
"Neo, let me know when we are live." 'Roman' announced.
the one apparently recording the video turned the camera towards her and cutely winked while holding up a sign that said 'We're live dum dum' on it. It was of course Neo, who was acting in character, so she wasn't saying anything verbally.
Neo then turned the camera back towards Roman as the audience around Death and the others was chuckling about what Neo had written on the sign still.
"Oh, that was faster then I expected. Nicely done Neo" 'Roman complimented "Now, I have hacked in to this presentation to make an announcement of my own! Cut to it, Neo!"
And cut the video did, switching over to a trailer/music video that seemed to be hinting towards the origins of both Roman and Neo set to a particular song

After the Trailer/Music Video ended in which Death shamelessly copied a song since it was not known in the Pokémon world, the title and release date were revealed.
The title was 'Roman Holliday' and the release date was the day after the final episode of volume two would be aired. Of course their was huge excitement for the movie.

During the presentation, Weiss approached one of Death's avatars, which led to that avatar discretely trading places with the original Death so that the real Death was now before Weiss, but only for a moment since he accessed his Dimensional Group Chat System and entered 'Dimensional Chat System Meetup'.
Reminiscent of the Vytal festival tournament, the area had four ecosystems, and at the very center was his True Phoenix egg. If you looked with your eyes then the quartered ecosystems wouldn't be too obvious, but Death knew about it ahead of time and thus could sense the different energy types that were being fed into the Phoenix egg.
Next to the egg, which looked like a ruby the size of a wine cask, was a little girl with black hair and blue eyes. She was the last person he added to the group chat, and was currently three years old, and looked absolutely adorable, though he didn't choose her for that reason.
"Greetings, Xue'er. The egg is about to hatch?" he asked.
"I think so, big brother. I mean, I'm not certain, but I feel it reacting to my Phoenix Bloodline" the girl explained to him.
The girls name was Feng Xue'er and she was from a world called 'Against the Gods'. Since Death wanted to hatch a True Phoenix Egg and it could evolve based on the energies it was exposed too while hatching, and since this Meetup Space could be divided in 4's to represent up to four worlds represented by people in the Chat Group, getting someone from Against the Gods just made sense, and who better then someone from the divine Phoenix Sect that wasn't a monster?
The other three worlds currently represented here were Remnant, the Shinobi world, and Danmachi world. He didn't know enough about Shizue's world or Sakura's world, Final Fantasy 7 seemed a bad idea since he didn't want the egg mutating into a Materia, and Rory and Winter's worlds seemed redundant and might share similar mutations with the magic of Remnant, which additionally had aura as well.
These options, he hoped, would give the Phoenix egg the best chance of hatching into something amazing.
Death reached Xue'er and started giving her head pats "Thanks for coming to check on it ad for being so diligent. Xue'er is a good girl."
"I'm happy to help big brother!" Xue'er called out happily while enjoying having her head patted.
Feng Xue'er, who would eventually come to be known as Princess Snow, and would be considered the number one beauty of the Profound Sky Continent, but right now she was just an adorable little girl who idolized 'Big Brother Death' and very much liked visiting this meetup realm to visit the Phoenix egg, and the headpats were certainly welcome as well.
The little princess of the Divine Phoenix Empire relaxed and closed her eyes, seemingly in a meditative trance as her head was being patted.
Weiss and Shizue appeared in the meetup dimension, both of whom went straight to little Xue'er, attracted by the adorable little girl. When they learned that they could enter here and met the adorable younglings in the Dimensional Chat Group, these two became quite common appearances here when the youth's were around.
Sasuke didn't enter as often since he felt awkward about all the attention, but Aerith, Sakura, Xue'er, and Winter enjoyed and indulged in all of the attention, especially from 'Big Brother Death'
"Hello Death-san." Shizue greeted him with a slight pink tinge to her cheeks,
Shizue was a 35 year old woman, though you wouldn't know it by looking at her. If Death had met her without first knowing her age, he would have estimated her age to be no older then 21 years, though her lack of aging was tied to a fire elemental named Ifrit being sealed inside of her. She was an incredible beauty with long black hair and dark eyes, her skin done recognizable as Asian to him, which made sense as she was originally from a version of Earth and was Japanese.
Her body was incredible, from her long legs to her slender waist to her breasts that were not too large or too small, Death certainly had no complaints, and he was not oblivious to the way that she blushed around him. He still had to wait a long time before he could identify her world and travel to it, but the way things were going he knew that he might end up retrieving her from that world as well and taking her as a lover in the future, though he wasn't going to be too pushy.
He only considered the possibility since she seemed interested, but he'd see how things progressed until then.
After observing Weiss and Shizue hugging and cheerfully greeting Xue'er, Death spotted the egg beginning to crack "It looks like you were right. It's hatching."
Xue'er excitedly looked at the Phoenix egg as well. and Death started giving Weiss and Shizue headpats. Weiss moved close to Death and pressed her body up against his while Shizue allowed the headpats and seemingly was enjoying them, but still kept some distance out of shyness.
The cracks spread more and more on the egg until is finally shattered, revealing the beautiful orange Phoenix, which chirped excitedly as it was born.
'I'm...alive.' everyone in the area, heard the words that apparently came from the Phoenix 'But the Evil Infant's Myriad Tribulations'
Death smiled as he checked the Primordial Bird's stats

In my travels, I obtained a True Phoenix Egg, and brought it to this place where it had the best chance pf hatching into something incredible. Little Xue'er here was recruited to help take care of the egg with her Profound Energy and her Divine Phoenix bloodline. It appears that her participation mat have triggered your reincarnation via the new egg as it was developing. You are probably weaker then before at the moment, but your potential far greater."
Xue'er was crying and excitedly hugged the Phoenix "Ph...Phoenix god!" because of her bloodline, she could immediately and instinctively recognize the creature.
Unlike Death, who was unable to travel to the worlds of the others in the Dimensional Chat Group until his primary system had identified their locations, the Phoenix God, which was born within the Dimensional Chat Sub-System Meetup space would be able to freely travel between the worlds linked to the sub-system
