Chapter 305: Come

Aizen's eyes, behind his black-framed glasses, were filled with anticipation.

The difference in spiritual pressure between H'el and Aizen was immense. Even with his Shikai, H'el seemed insignificant, like a small boat in the vast ocean of Aizen's spiritual pressure.

Yet this small boat, despite everything, remained steady in the raging sea of Aizen's spiritual pressure, unmoved by the violent waves and pressure. This alone made Aizen marvel at H'el's control over his own spirit particles.

No wonder he created heaven with just his Shikai.

"You disappoint me, Aizen. It seems you are too confident in yourself and have forgotten why my Shikai led to the opening of the Hell Gate," H'el said, shaking his head, sitting on his dark steel seat, showing a hint of disappointment towards Aizen.

Compared to H'el's fine control over spirit particles at the microscopic level, the comparison of combat power based on spiritual pressure was too simplistic.

It's like a fight between a tall, burly man of 1.8 meters and a child of 1.2 meters.

No one would think the 1.2-meter child could win unless the child had a knife or a gun.

But... H'el could create a nuclear bomb.

This ingrained thinking also applied to the spiritual pressure of Soul Reapers: stronger spiritual pressure meant stronger power, stronger control, and overwhelming superiority. The weaker ones couldn't even break the surface of the spiritual pressure. Aizen, in particular, had this ingrained belief.

Using spiritual pressure to compare with H'el was greatly underestimating him.

"Oh?" Aizen raised his eyebrows slightly, his calm gaze shifting to the half-open Hell Gate.

H'el's words, combined with the fact that even Aizen's overwhelming spiritual pressure couldn't defeat him, challenged Aizen's long-held beliefs.

H'el's skill and control over spirit particles were so strong that they defied the conventional understanding of spiritual pressure.

And H'el had already begun his actions before their conversation started.

The spirit particle flames from the destroyed forest, caused by Aizen's Hado #91: Senjū Kōten Taihō, began to transform into basic spirit particles, absorbed by layers of transparent space.

The lingering spirit particle flames in the burning forest turned into glimmers of light, like hellfire transforming into a heavenly glow.

"By absorbing these spirit particles into your Shikai's cosmos, you can use the structure of their movement to create an attack strong enough to break through the surface of my spiritual pressure?" Aizen immediately understood what H'el intended to do.

Absorbing the spirit particles into his Shikai universe allowed H'el to manipulate them further, arranging them into an attack capable of penetrating Aizen's spiritual pressure.

Although H'el's spiritual pressure was weak, his control was exceedingly strong, enough to arrange spirit particles into a layer that could counteract the pressure.

"Unfortunately, I cannot allow you to proceed as you wish." Aizen said, his body trembling as a massive spiritual pressure emanated from him, extinguishing the burning spirit particles on the ground and shattering the space absorbing the spirit energy.

Layers of space, like transparent glass, shattered across the scorched earth.

His immense spiritual pressure weighed down the air, preventing H'el's Shikai universe from absorbing the spirit particles.

Aizen's anticipation and admiration did not stop him from taking action. He wouldn't be foolish enough to stand still, waiting for H'el's attack.

He already regarded H'el as someone on par with himself. In a battle against such an opponent, a duel of equals, he couldn't afford to relax.

"Even under your gaze, you cannot stop my actions," H'el declared, sitting on his steel chair as a three-thousand-meter dark sphere began to rise behind him.

"Three Thousand Worlds..." he intoned softly.

The dark sphere behind him vibrated and split into three thousand smaller, three-meter dark spheres, hovering behind H'el.

The spheres dispersed, some heading toward the ground, others floating in the air, absorbing spirit particles from the atmosphere.

Some passed by Aizen, who sliced them in half with his sword, as if cutting through a viscous, dark substance.

Aizen's Zanpakutō gleamed as he swung it, combined with his immense spiritual pressure, shattering the dark spheres into nothingness.

"Hado #4: Byakurai!" H'el, no longer lounging, sat upright, his back against the chair, focusing on Aizen. A micro dark sphere appeared at his left fingertips, containing a highly concentrated Hado #4: Byakurai. The condensed lightning, now a deadly laser, shot toward Aizen with incredible speed and power.

The lightning laser tore through the air, reaching Aizen in an instant.

Sensing it, Aizen slightly turned his head, allowing the laser to graze his cheek, slicing through the outer layer of his spiritual pressure. The sharp lightning left a black streak that continued into the sky, disappearing into the distance.

Tiny droplets of blood appeared on the black streak on Aizen's cheek, forming a thin line that trickled down.

Aizen felt a slight pain on his cheek, the cool wetness of his own blood trickling down.

"Just by absorbing those spirit particles, you've already managed to construct a high-density, enhanced Hado #4: Byakurai within your Shikai universe, penetrating my spiritual pressure and injuring me," Aizen was shocked.

In such a short time, merely after a few words, H'el had created a Hado #4: Byakurai powerful enough to break through Aizen's spiritual pressure defense, something even the vice-captains of the Gotei 13 couldn't achieve.

Aizen's belief that H'el's low spiritual pressure couldn't harm him was shattered. H'el's creative manipulation of spirit particles allowed him to achieve what others couldn't.

Aizen quickly realized that while spiritual pressure was everything to him, spirit particles were everything to H'el. H'el's ability to manipulate spirit particles on a microscopic level made him incredibly dangerous.

'If H'el continues absorbing spirit particles, he could construct an attack capable of completely destroying me.' Aizen acknowledged.

"Impressive, but frantically absorbing spirit particles through the three thousand dark spheres exposes your weakness," Aizen noted.

To destroy H'el's Shikai, Aizen only needed to eliminate the three thousand dark spheres.

Aizen's body flickered with Shunpo, appearing next to each dark sphere absorbing spirit particles, slashing them with his Zanpakutō, destroying them.

"That's why I said, even if you know my weakness, you won't have the chance." H'el remarked.
