Chapter 104: I Will Destroy Everything You Have

In the cosmic remnants of Krypton's ruins,

A region emerged from the dissipating dust and debris, revealing a brightly lit night sky in the darkness.

The shining Zero Planet, which glowed with a steady metallic brilliance, continued its rotation.

H'el and Sylvia roamed through various areas of Zero's Dominion, touring the heart of this advanced and highly technological entity. When they reached the bio-chamber, where they witnessed advanced Kryptonian biotechnology, Sylvia couldn't contain her excitement and rushed into the chamber, concluding their tour.

H'el smiled, feeling that he had gained enough knowledge about Zero's Dominion and didn't need to continue the tour. He looked up at the sky.

Zero's Dominion boasted a five-tiered atmospheric shield that could absorb cosmic radiation and simulate various atmospheric conditions. What they saw now was a clear and bright outer space, adorned with radiant stars.

Zero's Dominion differed significantly from typical planets; everywhere you looked, there was the cold, metallic essence in the air, giving off a frigid sensation. For biological life, it was excessively cold.

In reality, Zero's Dominion was already a complete entity, equipped with various science fiction weapons, energy circulation defenses, and atmospheric manipulation capabilities, sufficient to accommodate over three billion human lives.

But it was essential to remember that this was not a true planet; it was, in essence, a fully equipped military base.

Zero was still tirelessly working to construct reconnaissance ships, escort ships, destroyers, cruisers, battleships, and more, forming an interstellar fleet at the efficiency of Zero's Dominion. Brainiac-7's military base itself already possessed over five million drones, and with various modifications and the incredible efficiency of the Transformers on Zero's Dominion, it wouldn't be long before Zero's Dominion had over three hundred thousand warships and Transformers as part of its war system.

H'el made his way to a deep chamber, the most crucial storage room on Zero's Dominion.

The entire storage room housed just one item - the city of Kandor.

H'el had the ability to alter the size of objects to a certain extent, allowing him to potentially restore the famous Kryptonian city, Kandor.

But he chose not to.

He wouldn't allow these seven million Kryptonians to remain trapped in the memory of a city that was already gone.

They had a different path to follow.

They had to build a new city, a new culture, a new civilization - at least, they needed to survive alongside the Transformers' war system on Zero's Dominion and stand together for future battles.

"Activate the Sunshine Ray Emitter," H'el ordered.

H'el walked over to Chester, who was on the magnetic restraint suspension platform.

Chester was the first Kryptonian H'el had successfully restored. Until the transformation of Zero's Dominion was complete, there hadn't been any genetic breakdown or expression errors. Clearly, he wouldn't face any issues in the days to come.

Next, H'el initiated the exposure to yellow solar radiation, which he had collected from other worlds. If Chester's Kryptonian genes could activate normally, that would be a sign of complete success.

Yellow solar rays streamed down from the metallic ceiling, perfectly covering Chester's two-meter-tall figure.

"Hmm!"

Chester emitted a soft, stifled groan while still in slumber, his brow furrowed.

H'el activated his X-ray vision and microscopic vision, concerned that something might have gone wrong. However, he observed that the Kryptonian genes were smoothly being activated, with cells eagerly absorbing solar energy.

The groan wasn't due to pain but rather discomfort from the initial sensation.

Then, it turned into sheer bliss.

H'el withdrew his X-ray and microscopic vision and saw Chester, still in a deep sleep, looking utterly content.

He immediately ordered Zero to cut off the solar radiation.

Activating the genes was enough for now. If Chester wanted to absorb solar energy, that could wait until they were on Earth.

Chester woke up in a daze, recognizing H'el and suddenly recalling the events that had led to his unconsciousness. His facial muscles twitched involuntarily, and he wore a startled expression. "You!"

He clearly hadn't forgotten the slap H'el had casually administered to knock him unconscious.

"Seems like there's nothing wrong. Are you clear-headed? Do you feel any discomfort anywhere? Is your consciousness and thinking clear?" H'el asked with an expressionless face.

Based on the genetic analysis, what he had done appeared to be highly successful.

Theoretically, once psychic abilities were transformed into tangible energy, matter, or information, they became irreversible because it was a process of reduction, not expansion.

It shouldn't have been possible to regain psychic abilities after this reduction. Yet, it was peculiar to observe faint traces of psychic power within Kryptonian genes. This puzzled H'el, as it shouldn't have possessed psychic attributes after the reduction. He was still exploring this aspect, which he didn't fully understand.

In the end, it was information about psychic abilities, and H'el knew he wouldn't be more powerful than the psychic information embedded in the Kryptonian genes. So, there could be potential issues after the replacement, and he wasn't certain if it might cause mental damage.

"What are you planning? I'll report you to the Science Council! You can't use the people from Kudala Street like this..."

*Smack!* H'el delivered a swift backhanded slap. He knew that dealing with thugs like this was impossible through conventional communication. Sometimes, the best way to communicate with them was to beat some sense into them first and then issue orders directly.

These kinds of thugs lacked intelligence. However, judging from his intention to report to the Science Council, this guy was no pushover. He had a clear mind and even tried to threaten H'el, so H'el decided not to waste any more time talking.

So, Chester, who had just awakened from his coma after absorbing solar radiation and activating his Kryptonian genes, was sent flying through the air, rolling five and a half times before crashing into a thick metallic wall. His face swelled up, and his eyes rolled back as he slipped into unconsciousness once more.

"Seems like there's nothing wrong." H'el nodded as he looked at Chester sprawled against the wall. His gaze became increasingly inscrutable and dangerous.

He wasn't sure if his genetic information had been psychically affected. Still, after living on Krypton for over twenty years, it had become a place he acknowledged and felt warmth for, his home.

He also had an attachment to his home.

In any case, when he discovered the possibility of being influenced, he had to take action.

Resolving the issue with Jor-El and then dealing with the genetic issue inside himself were the things he needed to do.

No matter what, Jor-El, who had banished him into the void of space, had always been the source of his lingering bitterness. He couldn't let go.

He turned his gaze toward Kandor.

Seven million Kryptonians...

Zero's Dominion had enough space to accommodate over three billion people, and the energy converters could produce sufficient energy liquid for seven million Kryptonians to survive.

There was no need to let them remain in stasis any longer.

H'el smiled, his gaze softened.

Jor-El, my dear father...

You tried to prevent me from saving Krypton and exiled me into space, breaking Krypton's laws. You even started procreation against Krypton's forbidden rules, giving birth to Clark before the planet's explosion, and injected the Codex into him. I don't know if you're alive or dead.

I will inform seven million Kryptonians of your choices.

Whether they choose to harbor hatred or let it go is up to them.

But as for me, I will destroy everything you hold dear!
