Killshot

There were two sides to Gotham Academy. The side where all of the students and faculty resided, and the abandoned side that's been walled off. Renovations to the Academy resulted in one side being completely forgotten. It's barred from entry.

Sora's aimless steps had led him here. As he stared at the mounds of wood blocking the path, he scratched his head. The young Lockhart was a bit disappointed. Things were going too fast. The culprit would probably be revealed by either him or Peacemaker in the next hour. That meant he would still be bored.

On the bright side, he'd be able to decide how he spent his boredom. There would still be time before movie night with Alice. This was what went through his mind as he moved through the gaps in wood. No signs were left of his entry.

Meanwhile, Peacemaker appeared in a random classroom on the abandoned side. He was now wearing his full costume. It looked ridiculous. The muscular man scanned his surroundings before turning on his music player.

He was dancing the next moment. Moving around the classroom and flexing his muscles. Swaying his hips and thrusting on the old chairs, causing dust to rise up. Sora watched all of this with a deadpan when using his light sense. This guy was a total buffoon.

After who knows how long, the guy finally got to work. The hums of his voice sounded throughout the building as he went from place to place. Peacemaker had no sense of stealth. Despite that, he made his rounds fairly quickly. It didn't take that long for him to notice a hollow piece of ground in the electrical room.

He stomped on the ground but it didn't give way. Seeing that it wasn't enough, he grabbed a bunch of heavy steel pipes and gathered them on top of the weak ground. Only then did he jump up and down like an idiot until the floor caved in.

"Ahhhh!"

BAM

The muscular jock fell through the ground with a yelp. He slammed onto the floor below, injuring himself as he landed on the steel pipes. Sora rubbed his temples as he watched. The young Lockhart was lazing on a cardboard box that was directly in front of the objective.

Sora had been here for a while at this point. It was more interesting to watch this guy fumble about. He'd decided to let this guy take down the target as well. Peacemaker dragged himself through the dark tunnel, lit only by the ominous light far ahead.

It took way too long for him to reach the door. The guy hadn't even noticed when he walked right past Sora. As the extremely 'skilled' vigilante hyped himself up, the sleepy man finally revealed himself.

"Looks like you beat me."

"Aahh! Fuck!" Peacemaker jumped at the sudden voice. When he saw the lazy billionaire leaning against the wall, he frowned. "When the hell did you get here? That was creepy, dude. Shit!"

"I just got here. Stop whining, Smith. I've got shit to do so hurry up."

Christopher Smith thought for a moment. His eyes eventually lit up with realization. A dumb smirk adorned his lips.

"Hell yeah! I beat you. That means I get the killshot. Heh. Loser."

"...Right. Let's go then."

The jock finally opened the door, causing it to squeak like chalk on a board. Sora followed behind the vigilante. A shirtless bald man could be seen playing with a knife on the other side. As soon as he heard the noise, he perked up like a deer.

Tally marks were all over his body. They'd been carved by a knife. Upon seeing Smith and Sora, he licked the blade of his weapon.

"More lambs for slaughter? I wasn't planning on visitors."

"Victor Zsasz. There's an open contract for you. I'll get paid a lot for bringing in your head." Peacemaker responded.

Sora could only yawn as he leaned against the door frame. With his hands in his pockets, he watched with droopy eyes. The serial killer dashed toward the vigilante with some speed.

Peacemaker smirked and reached for the gun on his hip. It was a silver pistol with an extremely long barrel. A frown soon covered his face. He couldn't pull it out. It was stuck on his belt!

"Fuck." He grunted.

And just like that, it became a brawl. One that you would see in a bar. Smith ducked under a swipe before throwing the killer against the wall. Victor went for a stab, but was thwarted once again. Peacemaker caught his arm and broke it with a clean snap.

"Ahhhh! Grrrrr…I'll kill you!" The knife enthusiast roared.

He grabbed the knife with his other hand, swiping at the vigilante's hip. It was avoided but the blade was able to slice a bit of his belt. The gun was free!

Smith tackled him, causing the knife to fly across the room. It was basically over. While pinning down the killer's arms with his knees, Smith pulled out the gun and placed the barrel on Victor's head.

BANG

"Phew! I need a new belt. Dad has the worst uniform ideas!" Smith complained to himself.

"..............."

As he got off the corpse, he turned to see the young Lockhart walking away. There wasn't much else to say. Barely an hour had been spent today. Sora had plenty of free time.

"You're just gonna leave like that?" Smith called out.

"..............." The sleepy man raised his middle finger without looking back.

"Yeah? Well fuck you too!" He exclaimed. Only then did he proceed to cut off Victor's head.

Sora returned to the car before stopping at a random parking lot. It was time to decide who he would go see. There were three choices. Harley, Jaina, or Raven? It was a hard choice. Harley and Raven were the runner ups.

'That little bundle of darkness. She is still craving my presence.' He thought.

It had taken a lot of control to calm down after his time with Raven. She could feel his desires and he could feel hers. Even now, nothing has changed.

He knew when she was thinking about him. She knew when he was thinking about her. With this in mind, he decided to surprise her. She would immediately feel when he arrived in New York. He would have to be quick.

Sora got out of the car and left the parking lot. With his hands in his pockets, he strolled down the sidewalk. It didn't take long for him to reach an alleyway. The lazy man took a step around the corner and…

DING

…Appeared in Raven's room.

Cheers.
