Chapter: Problems.
Things had gone back to normal for the two friends as they had forgotten about there trauma that had happened 3 months ago.
They ended up changing their living plans as itadori mentioned to megumi about sharing a big apartment together. It seemed like a great idea as they got a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom and kitchen. The living room was small but enough for them two to chill and relax. Megumi had left mart as planned as he got lucky and was hired at a good business office job. Itadori continued his liquor store part-time as he took over housekeeping and laundry for when he was stuck home all day on his day off.
The two were eating a meal comfortably until they heard a eerie voice come from itadoris left side of his cheek.
"Damn you all, feed me something at least I'm hungry.."
*itadori and megumi stopped eating as they looked at each other in disbelief*
"Itadori!! I thought I told you to keep 'him' from resurfacing!!"
"I am!! He can't control my body without me letting him! But, I don't know why he can still talk through my mouth?.."
*sukuna interrupted the two morons as he covid out his complaints*
"Would you both just be quiet and let me eat some thing?! I haven't eaten anything since months ago, and.. I can't seem to feel good.. why?"
*megumi began feeling light headed as he reached for itadori's hand. Itadori tried helping megumi as he noticed him getting dizzy but suddenly sukuna's mouth ended up on Itadori's hand as it bit down on megumis hand.*
Megumi winced as he felt the fangs bite him, he began to try getting his hand away but felt how strange he was feeling energy leave him. His dizziness began to disappear finally as he felt the mouthed hand let him go now.
"I'm so sorry Megumi! Let me go get some bandages-!"
*itadori was about to stand up to go fetch a med kit when he saw Megumi pick up his hand as it started to heal itself before their eyes.*
"What the hell?"
*Megumi now felt like he's seen it all. He needed answers now about what was happening to him.*
"Sukuna! What did you do to me!"
*Megumi said with a strong voice as he looked at itadori. Itadori only looked at Megumi as he also waited for sukuna to answer.*
But he never answered as sukuna was being too cocky and uncooperative to even tell the two idiots what they had just seen. Inwardly he did sweatdrop when he felt Megumi shake itadori for him to answer him.
'Morons..'
*sukuna only thought this as he went back to his dormant sleep as he refused to 'feed' again. He would try stretching out this amount of curse energy he had as much as possible to never speak to those idiots again.*
"Megumi… I think he went to sleep.. I just heard him say 'morons'.."
*itadori said as Megumi popped a blood vessel on his forehead. Why that little bastard!*
"Itadori, I know I said to not let him take control of your body but.. can you get him to come out?"
"No.. it doesn't work like that, even if I were to try going inside where he is and push him to the surface. He did kick me out…"
*itadori explained as Megumi sighed.. their was no use asking the monster about his condition… he needed to tell maki after all..*

Maki found herself at some apartments address she received through a text from Megumi. She got worried as he only just texted her.
- 'Need to talk to you, come to this address … '
What the ominous bull crap was this? And why couldn't he just call her directly? She sighed as she knocked on the door as she waited for Megumi to answer the door. She thought why had he have been hiding or being secretive suddenly?
Maki looked up as the door opened and saw a boy with pink hair open it. Her automatic thoughts were..
'Forbidden love? Wait- was Megumi gay!???'
"Come in, Megumi is waiting inside.."
*itadori said as Maki blushed and bowed in apology. She came in as she saw how neat the place was and was very homey. She sat by the small table on the floor as she saw Megumi already waiting for her.*
"Megumi… what is this?"
*maki whispered to Megumi who didn't know what she was speaking about.*
"Are you gay? Is this visit because your pregnant?"
"LIKE HELL!!! IM A MAN AND IM STRAIGHT!!"
*Megumi finally understood as he blushed and took after a hissing angry cat. Maki sighed in relief as she waited better for Megumi to tell her the purpose of her visit.*
Itadori brought some tea as the two got comfortable while he sat away from them on the coach.
"He's my roommate, we don't have that kind of relationship we are just friends. But maki… I need to know more about what happens when a sealer links their life with a curse?"
*maki lifted up her eyebrow as she looked up and down Megumi.. don't tell her that he..*
"Did you seal a curse Megumi?"
*maki saw Megumi nod as he looked away from her. She pinched the bridge of her nose as she already felt the stress building up. Why was her cousin so stupid?*
"You idiot! You knew how dangerous that spell was! And you still used it!! Your father would be so disappointed in you! Ugh!!!! Do you at least know where you sealed the curse? I need to see the seal."
*maki stood up now as Megumi kept put in his seat. She heard someone come up to her as she saw the pink hair roommate from before approach her. Don't tell her now… that he..*
"The seal is erased but I re-sealed the curse my roommate had inside of him.. I sealed the curse I'm linked to back in his body.."
*Megumi said as he looked down in shame as maki smacked his head.*
"Why am I surrounded with morons? *sigh* well, hello I'm maki.. I'm Megumi's cousin. What's your name you unfortunately man."
*maki greeted itadori as he smiled nervously as he accepted her hand shake.*
"I'm itadori.. yuji itadori… and it's alright, it turns out I never realized I had a curse sealed inside me in the first place haha.."
*maki looked at Megumi as she worried about what he said.. she began lifting up his sweater to look for anything marks that showed he had a curse inside him as she bid him sorry for her rudeness. She couldn't find anything as she deemed that suspicious.*
"Megumi, do you know what type of spirit you re-sealed inside him? I might just be able to exorcise it and cancel the connection between you and 'it'."
"Yes.. that's the thing maki…it's name is sukuna, sukuna, the king of curses.."
*Megumi looked away as he spoke stiffly already feeling the glare maki was giving him.*
"Haha, very funny Megumi. Everyone knows that sukuna was sealed inside a sacred tree. Now tell me who is it you sealed away inside this boys body? Because it's not sukuna! His body would have been destroyed by now!"
*maki saw Megumi look down as she turned to see itadori's expression tell her that Megumi was telling her the truth. Oi.. the idiot was serious?*
"I re-sealed him after I was almost killed by him.. he somehow broke his seal that was on itadori's body and took control of him .. I was a idiot to not notice the difference in personality only after I was close to death.. maki.. I had no choice.."
*maki sighed as she grabbed her forehead and shook her head. This was why teen pregnancy's were always happening as people like Megumi and itadori existed… she was at least happy that Megumi was able to seal such a big curse on his own.*
"I understand, now why did you want to learn about it's after effects?"
"Because… sukuna can still pop up from parts of itadori's body. he had bit me to 'feed' and won't explain why? Also I healed right after that.. what is happening to me maki?"
"Well isn't that obvious? You linked with a immortal, high level, curse spirit. He healed your injuries through his curse energy if he liked it or not. Whatever he feels you will feel, and whatever you sustain he will know. It's as simple as that…"
*maki said casually as Megumi looked at her with disbelief.*
"Congratulations Megumi, you married a monster that's inside your friend. So, when are you two going to go spend the honeymoon?"
*maki said sarcastically as she was pissed at such a dumb question. Did he seriously seal sukuna without even knowing what the sealing technique would do.*
"What?!"
*megumi exclaimed as itadori got behind him. They both looked like startled children as they blushed in embarrassment.*
"It's fine though, I doubt the big mean monster will hurt either of you now since he would feel the same pain in himself. I can tell hes smarter then both of you. Well, I'll be leaving now. Bye"
*maki waved as megumi followed her out leaving itadori behind to clean up the table.*
"Maki, is there something else that you wanted to say?"
*megumi said now as he closed the door to the apartment as he saw maki waited for him to.*
"Yes, I'm going back to dig in the books of our family history.. something isn't right if you said that was sukuna trapped inside your friends body… I'll update you with new information I find about it and please.. don't forget to feed your new pet, sukuna is still a curse. But now he has the feelings of a human so be careful."
*maki hugged megumi as she said her goodbyes and left. Megumi stood their thinking of the same question maki had in her mind*
'Who sealed sukuna in itadori's body in the first place?'
