A chill ran down her spine as she began to comprehend, and it was caused by a notion.

It was impossible for Neferet to refrain from staring at her brother as he stood there before her, defenseless and with a gaping wound in his breastplate.

In spite of the fact that her pupil was still vibrating, she moved forward toward the location from which the sword had been launched away from her.

In a single rapid motion, Neferet wrapped the blade in her fiery bandage.

She then tugged strongly on it to secure the wrapping. It was moving before one of the twins stepped on it, which brought an end to its motion.

They were both looking at one another with a blank expression. Neferet was able to perceive the strange qualities that the weapon possessed.
