The troopers had started to back away, knowing full well that whatever they release from their rifles would have if not zero effect on Levi Parker. They had a frightened expression, glancing behind at the men and a women for further commands, due to Sebastian's unresponsive state.

However, the regal men and women subsequently had no idea on what to do to cease Levi's struggling. There was nothing they could do now, Levi was already pulling at the restraints, drawing them towards and then away from him in a frantic motion, straining his body to release as much energy as he could.

Levi could feel his heart pounding against his ribs, his breathing turning into ragged gasps. His bulging veins intensified with effort, and Levi could feel the energy building up within him. Unbeknownst to him, the blue aura had already started to surface above his body, dancing along his skin and crackling with raw power before moving to the restraints and doing the same.
