Blood Dragon Khan
It was blood for blood. That is the rule of the golden throne. Kingdoms, tribes, and sects fought for it but only one will remain and sit on it. The throne of gold and power that is what they describe it. Who ever sit on the throne always seek to conquer the lands and let the enemies of the throne kneel and bow done rejoicing to those who sit on the golden throne. But it was no longer subject to return to the hands of mortals. Because the unstoppable force of the 9 Heavenly dragons took the power and the glory of it. The so-called guardians of the skies and the heavens, but like all those who maintain peace, there is always chaos among peace, and so the battle of the Ruling Dragons started. They named the first dragon after the shining brilliance of light that came when it fly down from the heavens. They called it “Eternal Dragon”. Followed by its brother, the second dragon, who bites on the handle of the throne and is wise and intelligent, the “Enlightened Dragon”. From the left side of the throne, the third brother grips on the handle and roar loudly and its claws embedded itself on the golden throne and named the “Ferocious Dragon”. Then followed by the fourth brother that slithers on the back of the golden throne known for its sweetness and gentleness, the “Blossom Dragon”. Then the fifth dragon known for its love for money and gold, the “Fortune Dragon”. That ended the 5 heavenly Ruling Dragons, but it did not end there. As there are still the four Dragons who did not get near the Golden throne because of their destructive power. Known as the 4 Demonic Dragons of Asura. First was the 6th brother known for mercilessly exterminating innocents and giving the art of war to the mortals. And widely known as the “Dreaded Dragon”. The 7th brother who sided with the Dreaded Dragon, known for liking the color of blood and created the river of blood of Asura the “Blood Dragon” and the 8th brother known for the thinking of the dark arts and created the dark demonic styles of fighting. The only rival of the Eternal Dragon, the “Ravenous Dragon” and the last of the 9 Heavenly Dragons that sided with that Dreaded Dragon and breaking the stalemate among the heavenly dragons for good, the “Thunder Dragon”.
Blood Cultivators
Because of that, the other two who were till have the urge to fight but don't want to lose their lives. Li Xin looks around and it was entirely a mess. "I should be get going." He exclaims and walks out of the inn and headed to the town that he was supposed to go to.
"I need to set up camp for the meantime because it's getting darker as I walked into this forest," He whisper while looking for a good place to take camp. After a few minutes, he found a place that is suitable to take camp. It was clean and the trees are surrounding it. He started a fire pit and lays down on the ground.
Morning came and the sun have shine across his face. He yawn and look around. The fire pit that he created has already turned to ashes. There seems to be no phantom beast that have look at him as food.
Li Xin stand up and tries to find a river that he could take a bath and clean himself from the blood of the cultivators he killed last night. After walking for a few meters, he found a river which is also near to a watchtower.
Then he arrived at the place where the river was flowing through. The guard on the watchtower shouted at him. "Hey young man! What are you even doing there?" Li Xin looks up and saw the armored soldier that shout at it.
"Well, what do you think? Am I going to dig up a hole? There is water so I will go to get a free bath," He replies and the armored soldier gets pissed for his answer. While Li Xin continued to walk to the shallow part of the river.
After taking a bath, he turns around and looked that there are a couple of soldiers that are coming towards him, so he immediately race to his things and started wearing his robe and grabbing his spear.
The soldiers looked at him and they were worried that Li Xin might attack, so they were ready for their arms in case Li Xin will attack. "How can I help you sirs?" Li Xin ask kindly so that the tension on both sides may decrease and will not escalate into a fight.
"We are just checking you because you seem to have a weapon? May we ask your name and the location of your home and where are you going?" the guard that has an insignia on his left shoulder says while the other on his side have grip the handle of their sword.
"Ah, my name is Li Xin, I came from the southern region of a small town. And I am heading to the Destiny town." Li Xin smile, and the guards felt relief that Li Xin is heading to the Phantom Beasts plains.
"So you are a cultivator?" one guard ask and was excited to meet Li Xin. Even though they are still skeptical because Li Xin was a young man. "I am practicing martial arts but I dont know if I am to be called as a cultivator. As I don't have a sect that I have joined yet because I am still young."
"So why did you want to go to the Phantom Beasts plains?" the armored guard on the left asked. Li Xin answered with "Because I need to find someone that can help me enter a sect that I can develop" and because of his answers, the guards nodded and said their farewell before leaving Li Xin alone. And when they turn around Li Xin smile,
"I always like how innocent my face is" He then turned around and fix his things before leaving the place and heading to the Destiny Town. And while he was walking on the dirt road, he sees not from a far that there was a wagon that have stopped in the middle of the dirt road.
Li Xin arrived at the location where the wagon stopped and he looked at the back of the wagon, where it covered by a white linen. And when he looked inside, there were quite a few boxes and weapons.
But the people were gone there are also no signs of blood, so that means that the people that owned the wagon traveled to the forest. Li Xin conclusion and because hew as not a thief he continue his travel to the town.
[2 hours have passed]
Li Xin have reached the walls of the Destiny town. He looks around and he saw that there were also a lot of cultivators that are entering the town. And the town also has tall walls for the security of the people inside from the phantom beasts.
"Pass," the guard of the wall said while letting pass the 2 cultivators in front Li Xin. "Halt, you need to pay 5 taels of silver to enter or leave" Li Xin nodded with the gate guard and handed over 5 taels from one of his bags of taels. The gate guard looked at Li Xin one more time before saying "Pass" when Li Xin entered the town. It was bustling with people. There are a lot of shops, from weapons to herbs to food. There are they build a lot of stalls that are even at the side of the wall.
"Is this really a town and not a city? It is really huge compare to my old town." Li Xin said while walking to find a pleasant inn to stay for the entire 3 months of his fighting against the phantom beasts. After walking for 20 minutes, Li Xin found a shabby inn that no one dare to enter.
While he was walking towards the shabby inn, a man with a muscular physique and an enormous sword as a weapon came out of the door. He needs to lower his head so that he won't get hurt by slamming his head on the ceiling door.
The muscular man looked at Li Xin, the muscular man then said, "What are you doing, kid? You seem lost. Are you new here?" The muscular man's deep voice then followed by a laugh. "I am not lost. I just want to enter the place because I need to stay in a place" the muscular man looked at Li Xin once again and said "Go to another inn and not here"
Then Li Xin still insists on going inside of the inn. Then the muscular man shouted at him while releasing an killing intent while Li Xin just looked at the man and did not move an inch. "If I were you, step aside, sir, before your head flies away from your position." The muscular man laughed and said "Do it"
