New year
While I am in the bedroom, I am standing in front of the mirror and looking at my current outfit.
It has a somewhat constricted feeling around my tummy. I go to the closet and look through my clothes.
This evening, I am going to a party, but I do not have anything to wear.
After Melvin has finished using the restroom, he notices that I am currently seated on the bed. "What's wrong, Katherine?"
"There is nothing that I can wear. Simply put, everything in my closet is somewhat snug. I am fat."
Melvin approaches me and wraps his arms around me as we both climb into the bed. Kathy, you're expecting a baby. Not a fat person." He is lying on his back by the bed's side. "I got something for you when I went to the mall the other day." He takes a package out of his pocket and hands it to me.
When I open the box, I notice a stunning red dress with a split down the side, and next to it, I see a stunning necklace, bracelet, and pair of earrings.
