Chapter 6
As soon as Awerkok read the letter in his hand he couldn't believe what he just saw; it must be some kind of trick but as long as it's from his mother he's willing to give it a chance, after all there isn't anything bad about surprises, especially presents that he has always wanted and hoped to receive. Looking at his parents he could tell they really cared about him even though he was still young. After a while they left to go get dinner and Awerkok decided to explore the backyard.

After walking through the house looking around Awerkok decided to walk outside and look around the neighborhood, since there weren't many people there Awerkok felt free to explore, eventually he decided to sit down under a tree, and he was able to watch the stars in silence for a few minutes; that is until he suddenly heard a voice speak directly behind him causing him to shriek in fright, he whirled around to face the source of the voice. Sitting down on a park bench not far from Awerkok was none other than Alexander; Alexander smiled at Awerkok
"You're so cute Awerk!" Complimented Alexander
"Um thanks" Said Awerkok awkwardly, he wasn't used to compliments, but Awerkok guessed that being called adorable was a compliment
"So how did you find this place?" Asked Alexander curious
"My mom said someone lives nearby." Said Awerkok scratching the back of his neck, "and she gave me a gift" replied Awerkok showing the card inside the envelope to Alexander
"Oh really? Does it have any pictures on it?" Asked Alexander excitedly taking a closer look at it
"No I haven't seen yet" answered Awerkok handing the card back to Alexander,
"Oh well I hope she liked it!" Said Alexander giving the card back to Awerkok and then standing up, "Anyway we should probably get going or we'll miss dinner!"
Awerkok nodded his head and stood up grabbing the envelope and placing it in his pocket. The two went back inside the house together with Awerkok in front and Alexander trailing behind him. Just as they stepped back into the living room a loud knock sounded against the door
"Oh my goodness! Is that your friend?!" Screamed Awerkok's Mom jumping to her feet and rushing to the door,
"He's right behind me!" Shouted Awerkok making his way to the door,
Before Awerkok reached the door he heard two voices speaking over each other
"Guys, calm down you're scaring him" Said Alex as he followed his mother through the doorway.
"Alex!" Screamed Kaelian running toward Alex and pulling him into a tight hug,
"Kaelian you scared me!" Said Alex laughing as he hugged his youngest brother back tightly,
"Awerko! Come here you have to meet your best friend!" Called Kaelian hugging his baby brother back,
"Alright, alright let me go!" Exclaimed Alex laughing.
Once Awerkok arrived at the doorway he saw a short boy wearing glasses leaning against one of the wall's. He had bright blue hair tied into a loose ponytail and was dressed in a pair of dark jeans and a light green polo shirt.
"Wow, I'm really glad I came!" Said the boy with a huge smile on his face, "my name is Awerkok by the way"
"Hi Awkok!" Answered Alex, "this is my oldest brother Aaron"
Aaron grinned at Awerkok and held out his hand, Awerkok shook his hand gently and then shook the one Kaelian was clinging onto,
"Nice to meet you" Said Awerkok
"Nice to meet you too!" Answered Aaron happily, "come on we better go upstairs to my room! This house is HUGE!" exclaimed Aaron gesturing wildly. Awerkok nodded in agreement and followed the three boys up the staircase
