Adiria looked in the direction they were heading in and realized that it was not towards lady Anyel's chambers but instead, it was towards the young master's and her brows furrowed, wondering what she should do, since she already knew that he was quite strong when fighting was concerned.
She didn't know if he should have helped him or not, so she decided to wait a little and see what would happen, only then would she decide a move, hoping that she wouldn't have to fight, since she didn't want anyone to know much about her, just as yet, for she was still new there.
The girl hid behind one of the shelves, then took the back clothes she was wearing off, since she wore other things underneath it, just in case she had gotten caught and her eyes narrowed as she peeked at them through the creases within the walls.
'Is he awake or asleep? I really don't want to get too involved with him, he seems like the one that's going to be a pain in my life, for the time I am going to be here, but, despite that, I cannot ignore this, I have a goal and my current position within the palace, will not help me get to it,' She thought as her eyes narrowed.
The girl pulled out the dagger by her waist, but just then she began seeing blurry as she felt a surging heat within her chest and just then, the imagine of a glowing ball of energy appeared in her eyes, as though it was flowing within her body and the look that it gave off was quite monstrous.
"What was that?" She mumbled as she held onto her head then gritted her teeth, before looking outside as they entered the young master's chamber.
'Why is all of this happening? There are people trying to get rid of them, what the hell is going on?' She wondered as she rushed out of the room she was in, heading to his chamber, when she heard a crashing sound.
Her eyes widened as one of the guys was sent flying out of his chamber, crash landing right beside her and when she looked up, her eyes widened as Sorang exited his room and looked at the ones that surrounded him.
"You guys really don't know when to give up, do you?" He asked with a piercing look in his eyes.
Just then, the girl noticed one of them was about to attack him from the side and she rushed forth, blocking his blade with hers and at the same time, he turned around and his brows furrowed when he saw her
"You- What are you doing out here?" He asked and she glanced back at him.
"Hey, what the hell is even with you? Isn't of being like that, shouldn't you be thankful?" She asked with an annoyed look and his brows twitched as he kicked the guy away from her then sighed.
"Stay back, I will handle it," He said as he pulled the sword out of her hand, slashing everything within his sight, not letting anyone of them run and she looked at the way he handled the sword and realized that it was slightly familiar to her.
"When I find the one behind all of this, you will regret ever being born, I will show you what hell looks like," He said, slashing one of them right in front of her and his blood splattered on her clothes, causing her to flinch and he sighed before throwing the blade down.
"Not again..." She mumbled as she looked at it and he approached her.
"You okay?" He asked.
"Yeah, I am fine, you should be a little more careful, I will head back," She responded.
"What's with you and danger?" He asked and she came to a halt then glanced back at him.
"Whenever I see you, ever since you came here, you somehow manage to find your way in the midst of it, is that your special ability?" He asked and she scoffed.
"Maybe it is, coming here is changing a few things, that's for sure, good night," She responded as she bowed her her head.
Before he could say anything else, he felt a strong gaze on them and he threw back the dagger, which he had taken from her, to where he felt in and the dagger pierced a tree trunk as someone barely managed to dodge it.
'He is good, the fun is only now getting started, they will all pay and this time, we have no intention of sitting back quietly," He said with his eyes glowing red before he disappeared.
"Good night, ignore the mess, the others will take care of it, sleep well," He replied before walking past her and she sighed.
'That presence I felt just now, the feeling I got... Was it not human?' She wondered as her eyes began glowing and the imagine of her mother appeared in her eyes.
Just then, a stone slate began glowing within an empty room and some in a hood turned around as Adiria stared at the moon.
"Is it happening already? Isn't it too soon?" The person before the slate asked as a dragon bracelet, similar to Adiria's began glowing as well.
'What is going on here? What am I seeing? Is something wrong with me? She wondered as someone looked at her from the woods.
"Do you think the empire is not to be blamed? Don't you think there is more than one reason to what's happening?" Someone asked.
"Who is there?" She asked.
"It was your destiny to come here, but as you are now, you won't be able to do anything, not against those with power, the ones working in the shadows, what do you think they want? Don't you think there is bad blood in the foundation of this place?" He asked in a cold tone.
"Who are you?" She asked as she looked around.
"That doesn't matter, but know this, don't judge a book by its cover, not because one may be a demon means humans are better, that's not how this work, humans can be worse, don't make the mistake of believing everything people think they know, it's all mixed up, look for the truth yourself, look beyond the mask," He responded.
"What do you mean?" She asked as she was about to turn around.
The person appeared beside her, covered in a purple cloak and before she could see who it was, his eyes glowed.
"Go to sleep, you will know when the time comes," He mumbled, hitting her at the center of her back and her eyes widened as a beam of white light mixed with purple, passed through her.
