To answer your questions while I can't tell you what world you'll be sent to there will be other races there most likely be some form of slavery but it will probably be minimal form of it race most likely won't play a role in it though and no you won't have to stay human but if you're reborn you won't be able to choose your race it will be random along with your looks. Then is it possible to have the looks of someone from my memory as a template to what I will look like and modify it from there? Yes.
