Ch-8 A cry of sorror and happiness

James smiled as he scrolled upwards to find the best tasting meat until he found a very good one. It was described as having the taste of a king crab and soft-shelled lobster that was sweet and fragrant.

It was just like any other meat but the taste is that of crustaceans and that made things much complicated as he never heard of sashimi that tastes like any kind of crustacean.

"I wonder what would that taste like? Anyways it does have a strengthening effect" James said as he looks at one description that almost every sea king meat has and that was strengthens the body by the one who ate it like a devil fruit but it was only a small portion and can be used multiple times.

If eaten by a child he/she would be stronger than an average adult if eaten by an adult he/she would be stronger by twice their strength.

James looks at the price and seeing it was just 100 thousand he purchases it. Not long it appeared on his inventory.

"There you are finally some good sashimi," James said as he presses the meat but it won't go out of his inventory. "Nani? Why can't I access it? Don't tell me I can't use the things I get from the supply function"

James fell to the ground his face without emotion as he great his teeth one tear fell from his face as the light from the world darkness as he looks up the sky and shouted. "WHY!!"

Rumble!

Clap!

The rain started to pour down as blu light came from the sky before a flow of thunder clash the ground as the heavens shook in anger and displeasure. It resonates with James's otherworldy cry for not being able to eat the meat he purchases.

James stood up from the ground as his face was covered in darkness like the world has ended before he sat back down to the counter. "life as a store owner is hard and cruel"

Three days have gone by and James stared at a horizon as the sun came out from the mountain it was the start of the day.

"How long would I have to wait? The alarm sounded three days ago *sigh* If I know it would take this long I would have gone and hunt some more beast for the time being" James said as he sat on the walls of the city his feet dangling on air.

"Im still frustrated because I can't eat the sea king meat and this happened now? *Sigh* Life is really full of ups and downs and the only way to get through it is to move forwards" James said with a sigh as he stands up and jumps down.

Thud!

Once his two feet reach the ground it shakes as the earth begone to moved crazily the lives fell to the ground birds flap their wings to take flight while animals hide and run around in a daze.

"What's going on?" James said as he summoned Golden experience before jumping on the air as he launched a few Thunder meters at the sky making him see the surroundings.

When James look around he found a cloud of dust a few kilometers away and it was headed for the city at high speed like a missile lock on a target. "Is that the devil? It's huge I can tell"

James said smiling his eyes glowed as Golden experience look at the coming clouds of the earth with intent to kill as it detected James thinking. "Let's go Golden experience we got some devils to cook"

James said as he waited to land but in the corner of his eyes, he saw a man jumping from buildings to building as he approaches the could of smoke from the distance.

Getting a better look James found it was Raingel who was dashing towards the cloud of the earth but there's one thing James saw that places a smile on his face. "He has gotten stronger looks like he has hidden injury on his body"

James was right Raingel does have a hidden injury on his body that prevents him to get stronger. He tried his best but he still can't get stronger no matter what he does.

Now that it was taken care of all those build-up things he did to make himself stronger have filled his body to the brim making his strength double or even triple that of his injured state.

"This would be fun"

Three days back when Raingell was thrown out of Jame's store he found himself back in his office with two bottles of green liquid in them that sparkles everything it moved.

Looking around Raingel sigh to himself before walking towards his chair and sitting down as he places the bottle down his desk as looks at it for some time.

"This is the only change I'll get if it's poison so what? If I'm going to die anyway so be it in my hands" WIth determination in his eyes Raingel took the bottle and unplug its top.

The smell of the liquid came from the bottle as it spread everywhere making Raingel's body relax and refresh his mind. Looking at the potion again Raingel greeted his teeth before chugging it all down in one gulp.

Gulp!

As the liquid traveled his body he felt an itching feeling from his chest before going around his body as it glowed in green light as green plus signs appeared around him before it disappeared.

Raingel look's at his hands as he closed them before opening them again as he smiled. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA IT WORKS!" James shouted on top of his lungs as he laughed like a mad man in drugs (Don't do drugs or you'll be like him a mad man)

As he laughs he felt something on his body loosens as he felt a strong power came from inside his hearth spreading all over him as he kneeled to the ground blanching his hearth.

He felt himself get stronger so much that he might die in the process. Raingel mind was going crazy as he thought of everything that goes wrong until he found it.

He has been trying to get stronger after his battle with the devil after a long time of trying once he was fully healed all of it kept on ramming his body.

His face was deathly pale as he drags his body towards his desk before supporting himself as he eyes the bottle of potion as grabs it before chugging it down his mouth.

Gulp!

Like before green light shined on his body as the pain from gaining strength wash away like a dream making him dumfounded once again before he smiled happily. "Good thing I brought two or else I might have died"
