"Don't you know me? I'm Thea Queen... I'm Thea, Oliver's sister." Thea hesitated to reveal her full name, still surprised by Laurel's drastic transformation. Since when did she get into punk?
"Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken."
Black Siren quickly shook her head, recognizing that this girl might be confusing her with someone from this Earth. She then turned to Su Sheng. "What do you need me to do?"
"Wait."
Su Sheng started to get up and search for clothes. Black Siren, noticing, picked up some clothes and handed them to him. After dressing, Su Sheng left the room, only to return after a short while. By the time he came back, Thea was no longer in the living room—likely taking a bath—and Laura had tidied up the sofa and was waiting quietly with Black Siren.
"My collection room is a bit empty. I need you to go to this location and bring back what's stored there." Su Sheng handed Black Siren a piece of paper with an address and a floor plan drawn on it. "This is an A.R.G.U.S. facility where they store special items. If you get caught, I won't waste my time rescuing you. And don't touch anything inside, got it?"
Black Siren studied the paper carefully and then asked, "Can I get someone to help? I recently met someone skilled at stealing. She might be able to assist me."
"As you wish." Su Sheng waved dismissively.
"I'll get started now." Black Siren tucked away the map and prepared to leave.
"Wait!" Su Sheng suddenly said, his gaze fixed on her nose ring. "Is that the only piercing you have?"
Black Siren paused and smiled provocatively. "Not the only one. Want to find the others?"
"I'll save the fun of exploring for when you return," Su Sheng replied with a chuckle.
Black Siren swayed her hips as she walked out, the sound of her high heels fading away.
Not long after Black Siren left, the sound of a car horn echoed outside the villa. Su Sheng walked out curiously and saw two black SUVs driving into the yard. The cars stopped, and a few people stepped out. One of them was a familiar face—Dinah Lance, Laurel's mother.
Dinah stood beside another woman—a dark-skinned, heavyset woman with an imposing presence that suggested she was used to authority. Dinah Lance stood slightly behind her on the left, while on the right was a young woman in jeans and a T-shirt, looking casual and thin. As the three of them got out, the door of the second SUV opened, and a few soldiers with guns stepped out, escorting none other than Bombshell, Betty, who was wearing a shining neck ring.
Betty looked at Su Sheng with an apologetic expression as soon as she stepped out.
"Amanda Waller!" The heavyset woman introduced herself with a grin. "I've wanted to meet you for a long time, no..."
Smack!
Amanda Waller's smile barely faded before she was hit with a heavy slap to the face.
The unexpected blow stunned everyone. A moment later, the soldiers quickly aimed their guns at Su Sheng.
"What are you doing?!" Dinah Lance gasped in shock.
Amanda Waller rubbed her cheek, momentarily disoriented. She knew from A.R.G.U.S.'s reports that Su Sheng was unpredictable, but she hadn't expected him to slap her the moment they met. Didn't he care that they had captured his people? Did he not understand the consequences?
Amanda's expression hardened, and she glared coldly at Su Sheng.
"You'd better have a good explanation."
"You're so ugly, you're scaring people. Of course, you needed a slap," Su Sheng smirked. "I've wanted to hit you for a long time. Did it feel good?"
"You..."
Amanda Waller's anger flared, but before she could speak, Su Sheng raised his hand again.
Smack!
Another slap sent Amanda reeling.
"Moon!" Amanda Waller shouted furiously at the thin woman beside her. She knew how dangerous Su Sheng was and hadn't come unprepared.
June Moone was her ace in the hole.
Amanda wanted to show Su Sheng that he wasn't invincible.
June Moone nodded nervously and was about to act when Su Sheng suddenly unleashed a powerful aura, a wave of hatred so intense it felt like it could destroy the world.
In an instant, the soldiers with guns couldn't withstand the pressure and fell to their knees, trembling.
Su Sheng stared into June Moone's eyes and said coldly, "Transform, and I will kill you."
"You know I can!" Su Sheng's voice was low and threatening, and June Moone collapsed to the ground, paralyzed with fear.
"Damn it!"
Seeing that June Moone was too terrified to transform, Amanda Waller cursed under her breath and hastily pulled out a remote control device.
"If I press this, Betty dies!" Amanda Waller screamed at Su Sheng, clutching the remote tightly.
"Press it!" Su Sheng grabbed Amanda Waller by the collar, unfazed.
Smack!
"You… you dare?! I'll press it!" Amanda Waller threatened.
Smack!
"She'll die!"
Every time Amanda Waller spoke, Su Sheng slapped her. After several slaps, Amanda never pressed the button. Her already bloated face became even more swollen, dark skin turning a bright red. Blood dripped from the corners of her mouth, and she had lost several teeth.
"Su Sheng, stop now!" Dinah Lance, trembling with fear, tried to intervene, but the moment she stood up, Su Sheng glared at her.
That one glance shattered her courage, and she crumpled to the ground.
"Press it, or do you want me to help you?" Su Sheng turned back to Amanda Waller, who instinctively hid the remote behind her back. "What do you want?!"
"Don't bother with the threats if you're too scared to follow through," Su Sheng sneered, releasing his grip. He then pointed at June Moone. "You, hit her."
"M-Me?" June Moone stammered, shocked.
"You wouldn't dare!" Amanda Waller glared at June Moone.
Su Sheng stepped closer to June Moone, bending down to whisper in her ear. "Doesn't feel good being threatened, does it? She uses the Enchantress in you to get what she wants, don't you want revenge? This is your chance, and she won't do anything to you, because you're too valuable to her!"
June Moone trembled slightly, her gaze shifting between Su Sheng and Amanda Waller. Hesitantly, she stood up and walked over. "I'm sorry, but I... I have no choice."
With that, she raised her hand and slapped Amanda Waller.
