Even though Ian had not mentioned the name, the two brothers knew whom Ian had referred to.
"We don't have much data on Tyler…."
Tyler was Aliya's fiancé and Ingrid's father. As if on cue, all four of them turned to look at the frozen frame of Ingrid. She looked splendid with her transformation as well as deadly at the same time. It reminded the Fae's of the lonely mer-person at sea who could lure men to their death, except this was a child.
However, the fact that she had been able to kill a witch's helper at that age and with that much strength showed that Ingrid came from a strong bloodline. For a halfling to be that strong was unusual.
"What is she, though?" Shelby asked.
"I think she may be a siren…. Or not… I'm not too sure."
"You're kidding, right?" Shelby asked in amusement.
"Are you guys going to bring all my fairy tales to life? A siren? Why not a mermaid, then? Didn't she have those pretty scales?"
