Noble2: why don't we invite the other kages and smaller country's to this along with merchants to see.

Sengoku zoan: an excellent idea, this way we can show our powers to the masses and other villages but also give a warning that if you attack us we can attack back with this force.

Serafall: hey how about we also use this opportunity to also have a fight between the clan leaders and other jounnins that want to fight.

Azazel Gregory: I agree with this decision with serafall many of our shinobi have gotten lazy, and this will provide good motivation for them and also a preview of the battle.

Like that the meeting went for 1½ hours and making sure everything was secured and no misshapes occur. And it was decided that the barriers and other security shall be tripled for the next few months if any problem occurs. Soon many flying zoan clan members that can turn into birds for the specific regions were sent. For the land of fire/earth for both of them, eagles were sent, for the desert area, a vultures was sent and for the mist village, a pelican was sent. The letter was sent to both the kages of the respective village and the head of the lands.

Minato P.O.V –

Right now it has been a month since I became the Hokage and I was doing some paperwork when an ANBU came to me and told me that a messenger from the land of lightning has come to meet me. Land of lightning is the same place that tried to kidnap kushina during the 2nd great war but a surprising thing is that they didn't participate in the 3rd great war and they also have 3 admirals on par with the sannin which I highly doubt. But still, we have to take precautions if they really have such strong people in their ranks.

Minato: what does he need?

ANBU: he said to deliver this to you and give it as soon as possible.

Minato: let me see.

After reading the letter I was a little shocked but.

Minato: where is the person that gave you this letter?

ANBU: he is outside the gates waiting for a reply and he also told me that if there is no reply within 3 hours its will automatically be a decline to the invitation.

Minato then explains to them about everything and how there will be a fighting tournament between the 3 candidates as well as the fight between the clan heads.

Minato: in the letter, it stated that I can bring 6 people to watch, 3 to 4 guards, and 5 contestants. And the winner between the clan heads shall receive a cash prize of 40 million Ryu.

Danzo: I think we should participate, as you all know we don't have any information on Kumo due to their barriers and I have heard rumors near the land of the lightning village that a year ago 7 new clans have joined Kumo and they are very powerful.

Hiashi: I agree with Danzo, this will let us know their potential and skills right now and if we go to war with them we will be prepared.

Koharu and Hamura: we also agree with Danzo.

Shikaku: so troublesome.

Fugaku: a fighting tournament, Minato I volunteer to fight In the tournament.
