Heart to Heart, Teacher & Student Bond

I slid open the Class 3-A door. Mr. Aizawa looked up at me with a surprised look.

"Oh, Alyx, it's nice to see that you're awake." He greeted.

I sat down in front of his desk, "I need to talk to you about something. It's a decision that I think needs to be made."

"Hm? Go on." He told me.

"I think I should be expelled from U.A. I only hurt myself using my Quirk, with that being unstable, I'm not fit to even call myself a hero." I replied.

"Oh, how come you're telling me this now, Alyx? Wouldn't you have asked me this two years ago?" Mr. Aizawa questioned.

"Yes, but..." I responded.

"But what? You've become someone remarkable Alyx. I don't understand the doubt you have, that's the point in becoming a Pro Hero, trials and tribulation. I talked with Mikaboshi after the Sports Festival, he's rather worried about you." Mr. Aizawa interjected.

My eyes widened a bit, "He's worried... About me? Why?"

"He didn't state the specifics, but I think that he cares more about you than what you think. It even managed to make him cry just by thinking about everything you've been through. So, what I'm trying to say is-" Mr. Aizawa answered.

Momo burst into the room, "Please! Mr. Aizawa, don't expel him!"

She rushed over and slammed her hands on the desk. Tears flowed down her face.

"I shouldn't have disclosed my concerns until we were in private. I didn't know that my words would've caused this to happen. So please, Alyx, don't leave!" She cried.

Mr. Aizawa stood up which caused Momo to look confused. He walked over to me and rested his hand on my shoulder.

"You can be a hero, Alyx. You've proven that time and time again. I understand your doubts, but I know you're stronger than them. It'll take some time, but don't hesitate to reach out to any of us, bottling your thoughts and emotions won't do you any good. You aren't becoming a hero by yourself you know." Mr. Aizawa reassured.

I sat there for a bit before hugging Mr. Aizawa. I stood up afterwards and walked out of the room with Momo. She shut the door and turned to face me. Momo quickly hugged me and buried her head in my shoulder.

"May we go home... Please?" She whispered.

I wrapped my arms around her and placed one of my hands on the back of her head.

"Yeah." I replied.

[10 Minutes Later...]

We arrived back at the dorms, Deku opened the doors, I guess he was expecting Momo to come back alone. We stood there for a bit before I hugged him.

"Deku, who's at the-" Bakugo stopped in his tracks.

I heard him come over to us, "Is he...?"

"We're okay." Momo responded.

I felt him place his hand on my back, "A-Alyx?"

I looked up and saw Kirishima and the others. They walked over to me and worried looks fell upon their faces.

"I'm assuming you all would like to know what happened, yes?" Mikaboshi asked as he came downstairs.

"Yes, please, can you tell us?" Deku responded.

"During the Sports Festival, he believed that he was in fact a danger to himself. Out of respect for the person who expressed their concerns, I will not disclose their identity, but what they told him caused the situation at this event. His Infinite Mode technique was used at its maximum capabilities, which was something he wasn't ready for, that caused his heart to stop. The last thing he thought before inevitably succumbing to this 'death' was that he wished to be reborn as someone less problematic." He explained.

Everyone remained silent, now that the cat's out of the bag, I guess there isn't much else to say.

"So, what does this mean? Are you really going through with getting expelled?" Jiro asked.

"No, but... I don't think I'll be fighting again. At least, not right now. I think they were right, if my Quirk is a danger to my wellbeing, I don't think I should be using it until I can restabilize it." I replied.

I started walking to my room, "From now on, you can call me whatever you'd like. But please, don't call me Braveheart."

I returned to my bedroom and opened my closet. I found my old hero costume, the one with "Leonidus" on the front. I set it back on top of the shelf in my closet. I decided to get ready for bed, even though it was about 5:00, I wasn't feeling hungry neither did I really want to do anything besides sleep.

[45 Minutes Later...]

After showering, I laid down in bed, maybe I could sleep it off. It's always good to be optimistic, right? I heard a knock on my door and someone entered my room.

"Hey, dinner's ready. We made quite a bit of food!" Kaminari told me.

"I'm fine, I'm not hungry." I replied.

"Hm? Didn't you say that Endeavor..." Kaminari's voice trailed off.

He stopped talking and walked over to my bed. I moved closer to my wall as he sat down.

"Thank you." I muttered.

"Huh? What for?" He replied.

I turned around to face him, "For saving my life at the Sports Festival. I figured you did it being that a healing Quirk probably couldn't resuscitate me."

"Oh... No problem!" He smiled.

I turned back and faced my wall once more. I figured that he would've went downstairs, but he didn't. Someone else came into my room and Kaminari sat up.

"You can go eat; I'll eat later." Momo told him.

Kaminari left the room and I sat up to look at Momo. Her eyes were slightly puffy, just like mine. I threw my blanket off of me and stood up. Momo dropped to her knees and started crying. I quickly dropped to my knees and held her.

"I'm such a fucking idiot, aren't I?" I sniffled.

"W-What?" Momo sniveled.

"I've been doing nothing but hurting the people I love emotionally. I guess I really was right, maybe I don't deserve to call myself a hero. But I can at least start out by redeeming myself as a regular person. Let me start off by saying that I'm sorry, Momo, I really don't deserve you. You deserve someone so much better than me. I'm sorry if I've made you feel as if you're being forced through all of my dumb stuff, Momz." I explained.

"I... I don't feel forced to deal with this, Alyx. I understand what I signed up for when you told me you loved me, metaphorically speaking. Although I never thought that you'd encounter issues like this, I meant what I told you, forever and always. Please, I don't want you feeling like this anymore." Momo replied.

*THIRD PERSON*

The two remained silent as they held one another. Alyx gripped Momo's shirt tightly as he sobbed into her shoulder.

"I'm so sorry..." He quietly wept.

Mikaboshi walked through Alyx's door and saw the two on the floor. He made his way over to them and knelt down. Mikaboshi placed his arms around the both of them. Light shined from the hand he placed on Alyx's back. His quiet sobs shortly stopped as Mikaboshi put him to sleep.

"Momo Yaoyorozu, I trust that you'll take care of him? He needs all of you now more than anything." Mikaboshi questioned.

"Y-Yes! I promise, I'll do whatever it takes." She replied.

Mikaboshi smirked before returning to Alyx, "You two have a rather bright future, I can already tell."

He phased into Alyx, leaving Yaoyorozu alone in his room. She lifted him up and set him on his bed.

"Goodness... Why are you so heavy?" She muttered.

Yaoyorozu tucked him into his bed before laying down beside him. She ran her fingers through his hair before moving her hand down to the scar on his eye.

"How much happier would you be if that never happened to you, darling?" Momo wondered.

Alyx's door opened once more, Izuku appeared in the doorway.

"Hey, Yaoyorozu, I'm done eating, you can go eat if you'd like." He told her.

[20 Minutes Later...]

Momo returned to Alyx's room after she finished eating and conversing with the others. She opened the door only to reveal a darkened room. What she saw made her tear up once more. Katsuki, Izuku, Kirishima and Kaminari were all sleeping in Alyx's room, keeping him company until Momo returned. She created additional blankets for the other boys and covered them up. Izuku was asleep next to Alyx, Kaminari was at the foot of his bed, Kirishima rested near his balcony door, and Katsuki laid asleep in his bean bag chair.

She closed the door slowly and laid on top of Alyx carefully, covering herself with his blanket. He wrapped his arms around her subconsciously and the look of familiar positivity slowly became present once again.

[The Next Morning...]

*LEONIDUS' P.O.V.*

I woke up extremely hungry, what time even was it? I went to turn to face my wall and found Momo asleep on me. She yawned and rubbed her eyes.

"Good morning, darling." She sleepily whispered.

"Morning." I quietly replied.

Momo sat up and looked at me weird. She put a finger on the corners of my mouth and pushed them upward a bit. Momo removed her fingers from the corners and my smile she made fell. I looked to my right and saw Deku sleeping next to me alongside Kaminari who was at the foot of my bed. Soon, they got up, greeted me, and I nodded at them as they left my room. I sat up and Momo moved to my lap.

"What day is it?" I asked.

"It's Sunday, Alyx." Momo responded.

I wrapped my arms around her and laid back down. I laid my head on her chest.

"I'm going back to sleep." I told her.

Momo sat up a bit, "Don't you want breakfast? I'm sure that someone's making something nice downstairs."

"No, I'm good." I replied.

She tilted her head and lowered one of her eyebrows at me. Honestly, I truly didn't feel like doing anything today, neither anything this entire week.

"Well, I'm going to head downstairs, darling. Are you sure you don't want to come with me?" Momo asked again.

"I'm sure." I answered.

She got up and left my room, before she did, she turned back and smiled at me.

"I love you, Alyx." She beamed.

Momo closed my door and I bundled myself back up in my blanket. I closed my eyes to try and fall back asleep, then I heard a familiar voice.

"Alyx? Is everything alright?" Aunt Nezuko questioned.

I sat up as she sat down on my bed, "Everything is quite literally far from alright. I'm sure you've already seen everything that's happened."

"That I have. But it doesn't do you any good to be sitting here by yourself. Sitting here alone with your thoughts will only make things worse. If you surround yourself with positive energy, I'm sure you'll start feeling better!" She smiled.

"So, you're telling me to head downstairs?" I wondered.

"Well, where else would you go?" Aunt Nezuko giggled.

I sat up from my bed and sighed, "Alright, I'll do it."

I walked over to my door and left my room. I walked downstairs and Kirishima was making breakfast.

"Hey I think I'm getting the hang of- HOLY FUCK!" He shouted as he burned himself.

"Hey, Mina, I bet I can out gamble you!" Kaminari boasted.

"Oh yeah? You're on!" She replied.

I decided to finally make my presence known, "HEEEEEEYEAAAH!"

Kaminari stopped what he was doing and quickly looked at me.

"YEEEEEHAWWWWWW!!!" He screamed back.

We stood in front of each other and stared each other down. I made symbols using my hands.

"'Your underwear is showing'." He deadpanned.

We began our greeting with great coordination. After which, I joined everyone at the table.

"So, how are you feeling, Alyx?" Deku asked.

"I feel like absolute shit still, but my Aunt Nezuko told me that it wouldn't make things better if I just stayed cooped up in my room, so here I am." I replied.

"Why don't we... Go out somewhere! We could do something fun, that should make you feel better!" Kirishima suggested.

"I don't know. I'm not really feeling like going out at all if I'm gonna be honest. I just want to stay home if you guys don't mind." I told them.

"That's alright, if you don't feel comfortable with leaving the house, we can do stuff here! Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Mina responded.

[20 Minutes Later...]

"READY OR NOT! HERE I COME!" I heard Kaminari shout.

I was hiding on top of the chandelier in the middle of the common room. Deku helped me get up here using his Blackwhip and I haven't made a single noise since. We turned off all of the lights and shut the curtains, being that it was raining out, it made the dorms even darker! I saw Mina peak her head out from underneath the coffee table, how'd she even get under there in the first place? Kaminari stood in front of the T.V and looked around.

"Yo, Bakugo! You in there you damn gremlin?" Kaminari snickered.

He sat there and waited. Did he have a death wish or something? I get he was trying to draw him out, but I don't think that's the way to do it. He headed towards the coffee table and looked under it.

"Aspegeweegee!" Kaminari shouted.

Mina started laughing and I was trying not to laugh as well. I think Mina knows where I am but she's not gonna tell Kaminari. I looked to my left.

"Holy hell!" I yelled.

"Dude, how'd you get up here?" Kaminari asked.

"I'd like to ask you the same thing." I replied.

He looked down, "Fucking uhhhhh... Yeah."

We hopped down from the chandelier using my Quirk.

"Alright, Task Force One, spread out and find the others. We've got a lot of ground to cover, so search everything." Kaminari instructed.

"Sir yes sir!" Mina and I exclaimed.

Mina and I headed towards the stairwell, "Alright, you search the top three floors, I'll search the first two and all of the bathrooms."

"Okay, sounds like a plan!" I whispered back.

I decided to start at the 5th floor and work my way down. I made it up to my room and slowly opened the door. I peeked in and my suspicions were right, Momo was in here! It didn't look like she was hiding, at least not anymore, since she had on one of my hoodies.

"Whatcha doing?" I questioned.

"KYAA!!" She screamed.

"Also, I found you!" I laughed.

I walked in and smiled at her, she smiled back at me, "Look at that, that's something I haven't seen in a while, darling."

I nodded at her, "Could you take your arms out of my hoodie for a minute?"

Momo looked confused but did it anyway, I put the hoodie over me and had her hop on my back.

"Are you seriously not wearing a shirt? You know a hoodie doesn't exactly count as a shirt, right?" I told her.

"Well, does it cover the upper portion of my body without being risqué?" She countered.

"Okay fine, smarty pants..." I muttered and laughed.

"To counter that, you do know I am in fact inches away from your ear, right? I won't hesitate to blow in it." Momo giggled.

"You do that, then I'm not giving you cuddles ever again." I lied.

She gasped and she didn't say anything. I walked out of my room and saw her doing that damn pouting face.

"Oh God..." I muttered aside.

"You take that back!" She faked sniffled.

"Leonidus, If I may, now's your chance to rebel against this facial feature you're somehow weak towards! It's rather embarrassing if you ask me." Mikaboshi advised.

"Momo, I'm literally begging you to stop, I was just kidding." I pleaded.

She kept the look going; did she not hear me or something?

"Fine then, two can play that game!" I shouted.

I slipped out from underneath the hoodie and we both sat down on the floor. I puffed my cheeks out and sat still. Here us two goons were, trying to out pout one another, simply because of a cuddle ordeal. Mina came up the stairs with Tsuyu and Deku.

"Hey have you... Oh lord." I heard Mina say.

I leaned forward and so did Momo. I put my forehead on hers and we stared at each other until I broke the silence.

"Beeeeeetch." I whispered.

Her pout face started to crack and then she burst out in laughter. I softly smiled as she fell into me, still laughing.
