Don't Play With Fire !!

For a moment, Eric's breathe ceased when he saw that stubborn and determined expression of Lilianah in front of him.Perhaps no man's heart in this universe can resist feeling heartwarming sensations after seeing a woman's persistent.

He kept staring at those perfectly drawn elegant eyes which were fuming in extreme anger hence started becoming red like a fireball.He couldn't help but smile inside his mind.

Indeed, this woman is so impressive than everyone!!

She dares to confess her feelings frankly in front of a man. Not like other girls who don't prefer to express themselves because of their so-called attitude!!

But when his heart began sensing some warm feelings, some painful memories flashed back inside his mind with a constant warning.

Instantly, he became a completely different person as he shoved her aside roughly then turned back and pressed her against the wall where he was caged by her a while before..His right hand touched down the spot beside her head as he looked through her eyes sternly.

His eyes seemed exceedingly dangerous which gave a shiver at Lilianah's body all of a sudden.

She has been chasing him for a year but never showed this frightened expression of him before.

His cold, fierce voice echoed in her slightly heated ears,

" Don't try to play with fire, Lilianah.

This fire will only burn both of us. "

At the same time, Sia was peeking at them from behind the door. No one was present inside the lab without them right now as the class was already wrapped up a while ago.

There was another person's head above Sia who was pointing his ears curiously to listen to their words.

" Hey, are they going to kiss?? ", Sia asked whispering beside his ear.

Ellis humphed coldly and responded shrugging a bit,

" Does my brother look like he is in the mood of kissing her??

Seriously??

Tut.. tut..

That's why you haven't got your mate yet because of your poor IQ."

Sia smacked in his hand playfully and responded in a low voice angrily,

" Shut up!!

What does it have to do with my mate??

They're so intimate with each other right now..

I thought, something's surely going to happen between them!! "

Lilianah stared at him blankly after hearing those words.. Though it sounded quite normal yet she could sense that there was something different meaning hidden behind his words..

Her lips parted narrowly to utter something but Eric took a pace back hastily and walked out from the lab room taking some large steps.

Lilianah stared at him leaving out of the lab as she grunted glancing at his back.

Who says that only women's mind is impossible to understand!!!

When Sia and Ellis noticed Eric is coming out of the lab, both of them already flew away in fear and began roaming outside of the academy chatting and laughing at each other loudly..

As soon as they appeared at the entrance of the academy, Sia sighted a very familiar figure standing at the entrance staring at them with frowning hardly.

Sia exclaimed cheerfully,

" Buddy..

You're here.. "

Ellis seemed confused as he peeked at Sia's face with suspicion because he never saw Jack before with them. Jack was busy working outside of the city so he didn't get the time to guard them in these days.

Assessing at his blank expression, Sia felt that it was best to not introduce Ellis with Jack. So she bid farewell to Ellis and strolled towards Jack with a smile in her face.

Indeed she was glad to detect that he healed very quickly glancing at his arm!!

Before she could inquire him about when did he appear to pick them up, Jack raised a question coldly still staring at the way where Ellis had gone,

" Who's he??

The young prince?? "

Sia responded nodding her head,

" Yes. I told you about him earlier.

Do you recall that?? "

Jack shot her a stiff glare instantly as he blurted out angrily,

" What are you doing with him??

Where's the princess??

Did you forget that I have allowed you to enrol in this academy just to safeguard the princess??

Sia was speechless for a moment after hearing his scoldings all of a sudden.. Inside her mind, she was burning in rage as she opened her mouth to argue back with him,

" Why are you guys arguing here again?? ", Lilianah uttered from behind peeking at this two angry figure who were about to tear apart each other's face just by their fierce eyes.

Sia instantly switched on her miserable appearance as she spoke sniffing hardly,

" Princess.. Look at him..

He is still bullying me here too..

Jack was out of utterances after watching her pure professional acting as he attempted to explain rashly,

" No princess.. I was just instructing her to accom.."

Lilianah wasn't in the mood to hear their clarifications as she was still furious over Eric's warning,

Both of them conveyed another irritating glare to each other as they followed Lilianah outside of the academy slowly.

In halfway, Jack recalled something as he informed Lilianah who seemed lost at that moment for sinking in her profound thoughts,

" Princess, there's an invitation for you tonight.You have to represent yourself on behalf of the Lord. I will accompany you to the banquet.."

Lilianah turned her head and inquired to Jack,

" Where?? "

Jack began explaining the significance of the banquet to her,

" Princess, this invitation was sent by the Reynolds Family.Their elder daughter gave birth to a son. They invited the whole Royal Family to join the banquet. Currently, the Lord is extremely busy with some other official matters.

So he ordered you to join in the banquet on behalf of the Royal Family. The Reynolds are a very prominent figure between both clans. You must have to join there. "

Lilianah nodded slightly but didn't ever imagine that this banquet will lead her towards Eric more along with further difficulties.
