giốngI replied to you question, you just don't accept the answer. Sirius was accused of killed 12 muggles while killing Peter who was recognised as a deatheater. There was no trial since it was the law that aurors can put in azkaban anyone suspected of being a deatheater and killing 12 muggles was enough for them. Explain to me why in canon there was no trial or Veritaserum. There was the whole order of phenix still alive that could have tried to find the truth about what happened that night in canon. Simply because the minister said so and they were not able to do anything.
uh, there was no trial in cannon because sirus admitted to the murder of james and lilly, and they kinda just tacked the muggle murders on top of that cause he was in the area
