Darkness…

Darkness as far as I could see…

One of the most consistent things… in my memories.

It has been many years, since I lived in that dark and miserable world. And yet, I return to it, every now and then, in my dreams.

More than a year ago, The Pink Fairy, trapped me within this cruel and familiar world. A cage that I thought I had escaped. It felt very ironic, very much so, when I discovered that everyone was the same as me.

Living in our own little cages for the rest of our lives.

Even my beloved, Big Brother. The one I loved the most, was trapped in a cage of his own making.

Whether willing or unwilling, he chained himself to me, to Big Sister Kate, to Auntie Andrea, Heinz, and perhaps a few others as well. 

He was a very poor creature, this beloved big brother of mine. He had long had wings, but he chose not to fly…
