187. Distress
The two brothers were sitting in a waiting room and both of them were staring at the office door where their meeting was going to take place. Caius' leg was moving nervously and the dominant had the same scowl that hadn't left him since they dropped Winnie at Krasny Licht's residence.
"What if…"
"Drop it!" Cyrus Blackbones cut off.
The alpha didn't even want to waste his time listening to his older brother. He had made up his mind once he saw seeing the failure unfolded in front of his eyes the day before and he had no intention of changing it.
Even though Caius was Winnie's father and he was only his uncle, he had far more judgment when it came to the omega. His beta had foolishly listened to his son's whim as he wanted to provoke his alpha because he was upset.
