A New Beginning

Three months had passed after the last time Marissa was talking to Blake. She was crouching down looking at the flowers in the back garden. Her condition was better this two weeks. She had stopped her daily habit of crying and staring blankly.

"Which one is a flower? Ah I am having a hard time choosing…" A man suddenly came to her side and crouched down.

"Stop it Vic…it sounded weirdly cringe." Marissa said and stood up. "Don't you have to go to work today?"

Victor answered by shaking his head. "My workshop is out of staff today, so no, I wouldn't have enough hand to handle all by myself." He followed her standing up and smiled. "Have you eaten your breakfast?"

"Look at the time Vic…" She wasn't in the mood to answer the question.

"Ah, you could just answer with a simple yes or no…" He nagged when Marissa was so moody.

She glared at him shortly. "I'm going in…"
