A Bad Place

I woke up in a dark cold place with slime on everything. I recognized I was in the forest but it was different. There was heavy fog and all the trees, rocks and shrubs were wrapped in live slimy tentacles. Up in the sky, there was dark heavy clouds with blood-red electric lightning.

I looked around and saw that I was alone. Whatever got me here must've dropped me for later. Bearing the thought of being a creature's food made my mind race but I calmed myself and carefully made my way to the town.

A few minutes later, I was in the town but just as the forest, it was covered in tentacles all over. I thought the world had ended and everyone was dead. so I rushed to the school to look for any survivors, all while being careful not to run into the monster creature again, which I will later on learn that it is called Demogorgon.

At the school, the hallways were empty and Creepily silent. All I could hear was the occasional thunder and soft sounds of the tentacles slithering on the walls.

I walked upto my class and checked inside, everything was as I remembered except it was now covered in the nasty tentacles.

As I was leaving the class I heard low guttural growls and heavy footsteps coming from the hallways. The lights which looked like they were destroyed now came to life, flickering with increasing intensity. I knew a demorgorgon was near.

So I slowly tip toed out of the class and scurried towards the basketball court. I ran as fast as I could, dodging the tentacles that seemed to have wanted to trap me. I looked back to see if the demorgorgon had seen me and oh boy it was a few feet behind me and gaining on me very fast.
