"I was hoping to get Vongola Family's help to conquer North Blue under Germa Kingdom's rule!"

Judge knew that Giotto did not like to beat around the bush, so he went straight to the point. "If you help me conquer North Blue, Germa Kingdom will provide technical support for Vongola Family. If the scientists that Vongola Primo mentioned could really answer his questions about Lineage Factor, then it could indeed prove that they were better scientists than him.
