Chapter 17

It seems like Akuhito encountered a group of people while walking through an area with many mountains. Despite being surrounded and noticed the fear in the people's eyes, Akuhito chooses to continue walking without paying much attention to them.

As Akuhito reached the top of the stairs, he marveled at the size of the staircase and commented on how he had never encountered such a large set of stairs before. Despite his awe, Akuhito continued walking, accompanied by other people who were also present at the top. Suddenly, two boys approached Akuhito and addressed him as "Lord Akuhito" and referred to him as their goddess, asking him to spread his supposed evil across the world. Akuhito, feeling confused by their words, contemplated his own identity and thought about the kind of king he could be. One of the boys questioned him with a puzzled "majesty?"

Akuhito inquired, "Oh, yes, I see. But pray tell, what are your names?" One of the boys promptly replied, "My name is Yami," while the other introduced himself as Hinata. Akuhito then declared, "Very well, Yami and Hinata, from this moment forth, you shall be my royal knights." Overwhelmed with enthusiasm, one of them exclaimed, "LET'S GOOOOOO!" Their exclamation echoed across the entire world.

As the three of them continued their journey, Yami inquired, "Oh, lord, may I ask where you are heading?" Akuhito, lost in his own thoughts, pondered the same question but chose to respond, "Just seeking a place where I can live in solitude, embracing the darkness." Yami acknowledged, saying, "I understand, my lord." Hinata chimed in, affirming his loyalty, "Very well, my lord. I will follow you until the end."

As the two boys became curious about Akuhito's height, Hinata mustered the courage to ask, "May I inquire about your height, my lord?" Akuhito, unperturbed, responded, "It's 187 centimeters." Hinata and Yami were taken aback, exclaiming, "Wow, you are very tall, my lord." In their thoughts, Hinata calculated that it was 22 centimeters taller than himself, while Yami realized it was 17 centimeters taller than him. Nonetheless, they continued walking together, undeterred by the height difference.

As they ventured into the forest, a sense of fear seemed absent from their hearts. However, their tranquility was abruptly disrupted when a menacing wolf emerged, poised to attack. Yami and Hinata instinctively sought to protect their lord, but Akuhito motioned for them to pause. Stepping forward, he gathered an immense surge of energy, unleashing a colossal blast that collided with the wolf, resulting in a tremendous explosion. Yami and Hinata stood in awe, their astonishment evident on their faces.

Yami and Hinata expressed their profound gratitude to their lord for saving them. However, Yami revealed that their older sister was located in the heart of the forest. Akuhito, intrigued by this information, smirked and proceeded forward, accompanied by Yami and Hinata. Upon reaching their destination, Hinata knocked on the door, calling out, "Hey, big sis, we're here. We've brought our lord with us." The three of them patiently awaited their big sister's response.

As the older sister swung open the door, she greeted them with a casual "Yo! How are you boys doing?" However, her surprise grew when she noticed Lord Akuhito accompanying them. Yami and Hinata respectfully bowed to their older sister, confirming that they had indeed brought their lord. In her thoughts, the older sister couldn't help but find Akuhito's cute appearance contrasting with his tall stature. Akuhito, seemingly able to hear her thoughts, responded with a touch of pride, stating, "You may address me as Lord Akuhito, ma'am." The older sister, pleased by this response, softly replied, "Uh, sure, Lord Akuhito."

As they entered the house, Akuhito's expression filled with surprise at the sight of its remarkable beauty. The other boys couldn't help but feel pleased by their lord's reaction. However, Hinata interrupted, eager to introduce his sister. Before he could say her name, the older sister interjected, stating firmly, "My name is Aomi, just Aomi." Yami and Hinata were taken aback by her sudden interjection, astonished at how she preempted the introduction they were about to make.

After Aomi introduced herself, she became curious about Lord Akuhito's height. However, before she could inquire, Yami and Hinata eagerly attempted to answer on her behalf, but Aomi quickly clarified that she wanted to hear it from Lord Akuhito himself. Akuhito, unperturbed, confirmed that his height was 187 centimeters. Hearing his response, Aomi was taken aback and whispered to herself, "He's 15 centimeters taller than me." Overwhelmed by this revelation, she stumbled and fell to the ground, seemingly affected by the height difference.

As the two boys were shocked by their sister's fall, they quickly assured Lord Akuhito that they would take care of her and guide her to her room. Akuhito nodded in acknowledgment as they left to assist their sister. Left alone in the living room, Akuhito took a seat on the couch and reflected, realizing that despite the chaotic situation, he felt a genuine fondness for this place and the company of Yami, Hinata, and their sister.

"The king walked up to his castle accompanied by his three royal knights."
