"Are you sure you want to stay mad at me, D? I'm going to take my leave now if you don't come out," Jessica called from outside Delilah's bedroom door since she had walked out on Jessica earlier and shut the door in anger.
Jessica waited for a moment, and resisted the urge to grin when she heard Delilah open the door.
"I'm still mad at you," Delilah said, glaring at her.
"Sure. It's a natural emotion that you should feel because you feel betrayed…"
"Jessica," Delilah called in a warning voice, and Jessica giggled.
