The Secosana student dashed towards Mika in order to deal an attack on him. Mika unmoving on his ground just deflected the attack with his water defence.

A mage?

The crowd thought while looking astoundedly at the young man. It was a rare sight to have a cultivator performed this manipulation of element and rare to have it to be a mage.

"Mika's a mage?" Chun asked Ji Ah as the latter cheered for the mage.

"Yes!" Ji Ah confirmed.

Yuma cursed knowing that the identity of this person was a mage. Mages were hard to deal due to their manipulation of elements and their long-range attacks.

'I just need to near him and give him a heavy blow.'

Using his skill, he formed afterimages of himself as he poured qi energy on his feet. Yuma was not only known for his strength but he was known in his speed, too.

"Ten thousand steps!"

The afterimages formed a circle around the mage as the mage was still calm in the middle. Mika patiently observed his opponent's display and chanted.

"Ice spikes barrier!"

Spikes of ice appeared on the ground and followed the moving figure of Yuma. The latter immediately flew a meter away the dangerous spell as he breathed heavily. He was almost got caught.

"Are you finished attacking now?" Mika with his gentle voice poured out qi energy on his voice in order to send it to his opponent's hearing perimeter.

"Not yet!"

Yuma was enraged by this cocky performance of his opponent and used his speed to close in the mage.

Mika smiled at this scene and let the blow of Yuma land on him. An engulfing sound of boom was heard from the Secosana's punch.

The crowds cheering noise went silent as they witnessed the blow being landed at the mage. Truthfully, they were betting at the mage, knowing the mage had an advantage in the means of attack and defense, and now, why did he let his opponent land a punch on him?

If he's not stupid then he had a loose screw.

The audience booed at Mika's display and wanted to throw something at him for disappointing them.

Yet opposite to this reaction was Ji Ah while Anith maintained a blank-look and Chun was lazy to react.

Ji Ah cursed the misfortune of the opponent, knowing Mika's deliberate scheme.

"What can you say about leader's performance, Instructor Chun? Isn't he amazing?"

The lazy young man was reacting inside, 'What amazing? May be crazy.'

The silver haired young man just smiled in responds and turned her attention back to the tournament.

Fortunately, Yuma was careful not to land a fatal blow on his opponent. He would just beat him up to an unrecognizable state and let him admit defeat.

Yuma decided to divert his attacks to Mika's face after punching the other on his stomach.

The bloodied lips of the young man still held his gentle smile yet his grip on Yuma's hand was hard, crushing the latter's bones.

"Ack!" Yuma grunted as his hands was crushed by this unimaginable strength. He did now realized that his opponent was truly terrifying.

"Not my face but your face."

Mika threw a punch that led his opponent to flew far away from it. It was a heavy blow that turned Yuma's state bloody.

Degris halted the tournament as he asked a healer to examine the bloody Yuma.

"He's dead," the healer with horrified face glanced at Mika and announced.

The crowd who witnessed this went silent, again, not from disappointment but from dumbfoundedness. How did a mage get so strong? They were physically weak, usually.

Mika while stretching his two hands, uttered with his sound-maximized voice, "Well, I'm tired of pretending. Let the game begin."

The people that were present was confused to what he stated but Chun noticed Ji Ah and Anith was chanting something on their breath.

She felt an ill-omen from it.

Chun was about to interfere when Ji Ah and Anith flashes on Mika's side while the sudden movement of her made her weak.

'What is happening?' She thought as her vision went blurry.

And the last this she heard was the panicked noises of the people around.

Mika's voice sounded, "Open the portal."

----

(Be warned)

It was a heavy atmosphere felt in the Harconia's most largest and heavily sealed arena hall as the dense packed dark energy was coming out from the always smiling gentleman. With his subordinates pouring out from the portals located around the institute.

Instructors, students and even the sect disciples from the three hidden sects were fighting the demons that were under the command of Fourth, one of the ten generals of the Demon King.

"Teacher! Wake up!" Li Li cried out as the unconcious Chun was being carried by Han.

All of this sudden attack was unexpected.

And the most unprecedented situation was the mage that they were watching in the tournament was one of the ten generals.

Mika was Fourth with Ji Ah as Sixth and Anith as Eighth.

Fourth still maintained his smile as he observed the gruesome environment. The demons that were coming out from the portals happily slashed the defenseless students and fought the others who had the guts to fight back.

The hot-tempered Eighth didn't stood by Fourth's side as he smiled maniacally while unleashing his temper around.

Slashing the cultivators and torturing them as he pleased. Sixth still had her seductive smile as she observed the bloody scene, heads dropping to the ground and bodies being mutilated.

Demons were violent in their ways, it can be seen on this situation that they didn't left any body unmarred.

"Fourth, isn't this satisfying?" She spoke with her alluring voice as she touched Fourth's chest while drawing circles on it.

"Not enough. I have to kill my target. You're incharge on looking for it," Fourth with his gentle voice, leaped away from the seductive lady and located his target.

"Target? Hey, Eighth! Did our beloved Demon King gave a personal task to Fourth?"

The busy Eighth didn't even turned around as he hacked a martial practitioners head, blood sprayed at his clothes while he flicked his sword to remove the spoil of his kill.

"I heard from First that Fourth would be assisting the removal of the Prince's contract from that 'witch'."

Sixth scrunched her beautiful face and covered her nose from the gruesome sight of the man.

"The 'witch' that enchanted our Prince to have a contract with her? Is she truly here?" With twinkling eyes, Sixth exclaimed while imagining the beauty of that 'witch'.

She really wanted to see her and but to top it all, she wanted to end that 'witch's' life. They considered that woman as a witch because she dazzled their Prince with her look. How could that be? Their Prince was known for having a ruthless character and he hated humans the most because his mother died due to those wicked humans.

The seductive lady stood there on her ground as she smiled more endearing with a thought on her head.

'Who will be that lucky person? May Fourth fulfill the task.'

-----

Lerrent with his classmates travelled through the less crowded hallways in order to avoid the fight. They were not physically strong and they would not able to defeat a single demon due to the demon's trait having three-folds the strength of a human cultivator.

It's unfortunate but they needed to escape as they were carrying the unconscious silver haired young man.

They were able to witness the littering of mutilated bodies of the students, instructors and other martial practitioners that were present at the institute.

Li Li and Terra was about to vomit from the horrible scene they saw as they hurried away from there.

Han cursed, knowing that he couldn't fight back and avenge the lives of the innocent people who died. He carried Chun on his back as they easily traversed through pathways and buildings without any hindrance.

As they were about to near the teleportation array that could sent out individuals of the institute due to emergency purposes, someone blocked their path.

Because they weren't present at the match that started this situation, they were happy to see Mika, standing there as he smiled at them. Except for the vigilant Han, he eyed the other intently. He had a foreboding feeling from this youth.

And Lerrent was no exception, too. The sloth young man noticed the clean clothes of Mika. It has a hint of dust but there were no signs of blood on it.

Fourth (Mika) went near them as his smile widened, "Is Instructor Chun, alright?" He uttered with his gentle voice.

"He's unconscious and we don't know what to do," Li Li with a worried tone explained.

"Give him to me, I'll heal him."

With a frowning face, Han answered, "You're a healer?"

"No but I know a basic healing spell."

Han wasn't convinced as he didn't handed the young man from his back despite his classmates' plea.

"Hurry! Just give him to me before we regret not healing him," still maintaining his gentle tone.

Lerrent suddenly narrowed his eyes for a minute and with his carefree manner, he stated, "Why are you so sure about teacher being injured?"

That question awaken the intelligent students as they glared at Fourth.

Fourth wasn't bothered by this and with no delay, he appeared at Han's back, taking Chun away in a flash.

He was about to escape with the unconscious silver haired young man when an attack landed on him that made him crashed at a tree.

Quin flawlessly caught Chun and handed it back to Han.

"Escape now! I'll handle this."

Knowing that they were helpless to the opponent, they agreed to Quin's command.
