10-B: Average Human Level
This tier is for characters who either are humans or exert forces that most normal human beings can. This includes humans, teenagers and adults who aren't athletic or possess feats that are still within the realm of human capability but aren't exactly athletic
10-A: Athlete Level
This tier is for characters who go beyond the average human and have trained their bodies to go beyond the average limitations. This includes trained fighters and generally most fit humans (This means most movie fighting characters are likely to be here as a baseline)
Tier 9: Superhuman
9-C: Street Level
This tier is for peak humans and low superhuman characters. Few physically very strong olympic level athletes and martial artists in real life would qualify for this, alongside most protagonists and final villains from action/martial arts movies. This also applies to larger animals that exist in The Real World.
9-B: Wall Level,
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy walls. This extends to larger animals and giants who dwarf humans by a significant amount.

This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy small cities or small mountains. Harming characters who have Small City Level durability also qualifies for this tier
7-B: City Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy cities or settlements of a similar equivalent. Harming characters who have City Level durability also qualifies for this tier
7-A: Mountain Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy average mountains or harm characters who have Mountain Level durability
High 7-A: Large Mountain Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy larger-sized mountains or harm characters who have Large Mountain Level durability
Tier 6: Tectonic
6-C: Island Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy Islands or vast bodies of land the equivalent to an island. Harming characters who have Island Level durability also qualifies
High 6-C: Large Island Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy larger islands or vast bodies of land the equivalent to a large island. Harming characters who have Large Island Level durability also qualifies for this tier
Low 6-B: Small Country Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy small countries or vast bodies of land the equivalent to a small country. Harming characters who have Small Country Level durability also qualifies for this tier
6-B: Country Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy countries or vast bodies of land the equivalent to a country. Harming characters who have Country Level durability also qualifies for this tier
High 6-B: Large Country Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy large countries or vast bodies of land the equivalent to a large country. Harming characters who have Large Country Level durability also qualifies for this tier
6-A: Continent Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy continents or vast bodies of land the equivalent to a continent. Harming characters who have Continent Level durability also qualifies for this tier
High 6-A: Multi-Continent Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy multiple continents or vast bodies of land the equivalent to a multiple continents (such as Pangaea). Harming characters who have Multi-Continent Level durability also qualifies for this tier
Tier 5: Planetary
5-C: Moon Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy a moon, or an astrological object of similar proportion. This can also include constructs that are comparable in size to the moon, such as ones predominantly shown in science fiction
Low 5-B: Dwarf Planet Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can smaller planets (known as dwarf planets) or structures almost the size of a planet. Harming characters who have Dwarf Planet Level durability also qualifies for this tier
5-B: Planet Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can create and or destroy a planet. This also includes characters who can destroy objects that are relatively comparable in size to a planet
5-A: Large Planet Level This tier is for characters or weapons that can create and or destroy large planet. This tier also includes those who can effect gas giants such as Saturn or Jupiter, whom of which vastly exceed inner planets comprised of earthly material.
Effecting multiple planets doesn't not inherently give you this tier, it's case by case
High 5-A: Dwarf Star Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can create and or destroy small stars such as white dwarf stars. Extremely dense large and or dense planets can potentially get this tier as well
Tier 4: Stellar
Low 4-C: Red Dwarf Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy, create or effect small stars that are bigger than white dwarfs but are generally lesser than a main sequence star (such as our sun). Harming characters who have Red Dwarf Level durability also qualifies for this tier
4-C: Star Level This tier is for characters or weapons that can destroy, create or effect stars (such as our sun). This tier is often given to characters who can effect a star of an unknown size or through unknown means. Harming characters who have Red Dwarf Level durability also qualifies for this tier
High 4-C: Large Star Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can create, destroy or effect larger stars such as red giants or structures much larger than the sun. This includes harming characters with large star durability or creating pocket dimensions with a single sun Characters who's size vastly exceeds that of the sun's would be assigned this tier by sheer size and kinetic energy
Characters who can output the equivalent to a Supernova are also assigned this tier
4-B: Solar System Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can create, destroy or effect an entire solar system. This tier can also be assigned to characters who can create/destroy dimensions that contain at least an Earth-Sun Distance or destroying a Neutron Star.
Characters who's size vastly exceeds that of solar system would be assigned this tier by sheer size and kinetic energy.
Characters who are able to produce a large supernova, a hypernova or even quark-nova are assigned this tier.
4-A: Multi-Solar System Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that who can create/destroy multiple solar systems. This tier also encompasses characters who can create/destroy dimensions that contain at least two stars or a starry sky Being able to destroy large sectors of a galaxy would assign a character this tier by proxy
Being able to destroy average sized nebulae can potentially get this tierContrary to popular belief, being able to destroy multiple solar systems doesn't give you Multi-Solar System Level power.
Tier 3: Cosmic
3-C: Galaxy Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can create or destroy an entire galaxy. Harming characters who have Galaxy Level durability also qualifies for this tier
3-B: Multi-Galaxy Level
This tier is for characters or weapons that can create or destroy multiple galaxies. This tier is also for characters who can effect large sections of the entire universe, as doing such a feat would be this level by default Being able to destroy a supercluster would warrant Multi-Galaxy given the sheer number of galaxies and it's size
Being able to destroy miniature universes or pocket spaces with multiple galaxies would assign characters this tier.
Destruction of the observable universe warrants this tier by nature of it's size.
3-A: Universal
This category is separated in the following manner:
Universe Level: Characters who can destroy all of the physical matter within an observable universe at full power. More specifically, usually via omnidirectional energy blast that encompasses all of the stars and planets within a universe.
High Universe Level: Characters who have an infinite degree of 3-dimensional power. Alternately 4-dimensional power that is shown as completely qualitatively superior to 3-Dimensional beings, but is less than universal in scale. Or that allows them to create large parts of a universal continuum.
Take note that 4-D power should logically always be superior to countably infinite 3-D power, so characters within this tier are not necessarily comparable.
Further note that we consider most small scale time-space abilities as hax, not as AP.
Other requirements for High Universal Level
Characters that have infinite power/infinitely growing power
Characters who can contain and attack with infinite amounts of energy
