Chapter 7: The revenge of Golden Darkness

Rito was waking up again due to the sun's light because it's very bright morning sun, that when he noticed something very warm, indeed, warm bodies that belonged to his girls.

″I don't wanna wake them up now when they are sleeping this peacefully″ Rito thought for himself as he stayed awake till the girls started to wake up with Yui being the first one.

″Good morning Yui″ Rito greeted her as she started to wake up she greeted him back as the others started to also wake up and they went on with their morning routine as normal.

*Meanwhile in the apartment of the red-haired girl*

In the bedroom we see the red-haired girl sleeping with the black-haired one who both was still confused after reading all the books about the earth the whole afternoon (more than I mention in the last part) that they did still not know the strange feeling after hearing Rito say: ″Whatever they are weapon or not, assassins or not, sisters or not, ill accept them in the family″ which got stuck on their mind ever since yesterday and the only thing they had in their dream was their goal to figure it out.

But there was a problem, they had hired Azenda to kill him and she planned to kill him today which made the girls jump awake before looking at each other and thought the same thing: ″Why did this have to happen now?″ but they knew one thing and that it will happen in the afternoon/night as he will be with the girls so they have a whole day ahead of them to find a way to warn them but that did not worry them as they went on with their day.

*On a roof somewhere in the city with the sun still coming up*

″This should work, I will finally get revenge on Golden Darkness″ Azenda said to herself as she was planning the plan to kill Rito to activate Yami's past to kill her along with him.

With that, she went on with her things before the time for her to kill both of them come

*With Rito and the girls*

The group was now walking to the school as normal and as they arrived they split up to head for their classes, Yui, Haruna & Shizu headed to their class while Mikan & Yami Headed with Lala, Momo & Nana to their class as Mikan's & Yami's class was one door after the deviluke's class but Rito the only one who did not go to class but rather to the bathroom as he felt he needed to use it but what he did not know was that Azenda had somehow found a way in and put her trap/tracker that if found/saw Rito would automatically get stuck on him without noticed in there.

What she didn't know was Rito knew that she had set the trap/tracker but played along as he did not want any outrange in the school so he got the idea to sneaky lead Azenda to the roof in case she decided to show up but in that case, she didn't so he returned to his class and continued his day as normal.

*Minutes and Hours later after school ended*

Lala, Momo & Nana was exhausted after all the classes they had but happy that it had ended because Lala asked her sister to do something with her that afternoon while Mikan & Yami went to the mall area to do some shopping with Haruna, Yui & Shizu joining later which made Rito alone who decided to spend his afternoon in the park which in fortune was empty as he knew he was being targeted and wanted no losses. He was now just waiting on Azenda to arrive, while he did that he noticed two shadows of two girls but he just focused on waiting.

*Meanwhile he was waiting, with the girls*

″Are you sure this will work, I mean if he has defeated Yami-oneechan and helped her live an earth life as a normal girl, he sure is powerful?″ The red-haired girl asked the black-haired one while they were standing a bit far away from where they thought they would not be seen but that was not the case as Rito saw them before the black-haired one replied to the question which was

″Hopefully, the letter we put in his locker before he came here explained everything to him″ she said while holding one of her hands over/on her left chest where her heart was pounding as they both still did not know that feeling but yet they wanted to save Rito from something they did without knowing that the target would be important to them in a way they never expected before now.

″I hope you are right, anyways what did you write in the letter he got? the red-haired one asked directly after with the reply in a flashback.

*Flashback when the letter was written*

Rito was at his locker but when he opened it, there was a letter which said the following:

″Hello Rito, I don't know if you know me or my assistant but we may have set you as a target for one of the hired assassins we have instead of someone else. But we just noticed that so we couldn't stop the assassin in time so we had to warn you this way instead.

Sorry for the trouble but we will meet someday so we can say sorry in person and explain everything.

-The assassin's contractor″

After he read that, he knew something was wrong, most with the contractors. Even if he don't know them, one thing he was sure of is that they are assassins that knew they were not powerful enough to kill him so they hired the noted assassin in the letter.

*End of flashback*

″That's what I wrote″ The black-haired girl said as she saw the hired assassin Azenda arrive at the park which draw the two girl's eyes and hoping for the best outcome and the one they wanted.

*Back with Rito and the assassin he did not know except the name*

″So you are Azenda?″ Rito ask as she arrived behind his back facing her as she started to speak and the first thing she said was ″How do you know me, I don't think we have met before″ before taking her weapon out ready to kill him to kill Yami as revenge but what she did not know that he would do is showing her the letter he got which she grabbed fast as she heard him say ″Read it″ which she did before saying ″Those bastards, ill kill you anyways″ as she headed for the kill.

Azenda knew that Rito had powers due to how he managed to avoid her but he never shows it.

And so their fight keep going till one of them falls while that happened, there was the sound of two cries that only Rito somehow could hear which made him in the mood to make his enemies pass out so she could be jailed for trying to kill the next king.

*Back with the two girls*

″Why are tears falling from my eyes, no… our eyes?″ The red-haired girl asked the black-haired one as they both saw the fight and wanted to show themself and help him but could not as this was the only way the mission could end and to see their sister alive with them being alive themselves.

″This is called crying apparently from what I have read… When you feel sadness inside of you, you let tears out.″ The black one answered the question as they keep watching till the fight ended which was close as they saw Zastin's ship arrive which meant Rito managed to call him in the fight to take her away when he arrived, she would be down and lost.

They decided to head to Rito's room in his house to stay close to him forever but that is prob take a while but they accept that.

*With Rito and the arrived Zastin*

″You won this time, but next time ill win! Remember this Rito!″ Azenda shouted as she was dragged under Zastin's ship's teleporter by him to take her to the deviluke's jail as he started to clean up what he could at the park before heading home. As he started to walk he checked the place where he saw and heard the cries from which was empty when he looked/checked.

″Im sure I heard cries and saw shadows here″ Rito thought for himself as he went home as he got tired from the fight.

*Moments later at the house*

He stepped into the silent house where everyone knew that he was out and doing something like a night walk before going to sleep which he did a few times before.

Rito just went to the bathroom, got changed and headed up to his bed but what he did not expect is the two shadows he saw & heard back at the park were two girls who looked the same he saw in his dream but he decided to not care about that now rather he went to sleep because of the tiredness.

*The next day*

It was now morning, and all Rito's girls woke up and decided to check on him which they agreed on when they all meet in the hall outside his door.

Lala was the one who opened with the surprise for all of them was it wasn't Rito sleeping in his bed but rather two unknown girls for them but they were more surprised where Rito was sleeping which was in his chair in sitting position.

At the moment the girls went over to him to check if he was ok in that state (well you know how it feels to be sitting for a whole day if you have done that, which I have done for over a year and a half now so…) but when they checked him, the two sleeping girls in his bed woke up with confused faces with the question which they said: ″Where are we and why…″ at the same time while looking around before Yui and Haruna said: ″Im Yui, and im Haruna (respectively), You are in the Yuki household somehow″ while they pointed at Rito who was still sleeping which supprised the two newcomers.

″By the way, I'm Lala, Rito's future main wife, and this is Momo and Nana, My two sisters″ Lala introduced herself and her sister followed by Mikan who introduced her and Shizu and Celine before Yami introduced her before turning to look at the sleepy Rito, as she did that, the newcomer said: ″Well Hello everyone, I'm Kurosaki Mea and I'm Nemesis″ they said respectively before they heard Rito start waking up from hunger (Yes) which he was surprised of the girls being in his room that he nearly fell out of the chair as a wake-up mode.

″Why are you all here…?″ He asked as he stands up after the shortfall to the floor as he received the reply from Mikan: ″We decided to check on you if you had returned from yesterday, but we surprised that they are in your bed than you″ which reminds both the new girls and himself of yesterday night.

″Well there is no point hiding it, ill tell you all at the table because I think some of you are hungry including me″ Rito chuckles as he went out of the door down to the kitchen and started making the breakfast for everyone including the two new girls, Mea and Nemesis from yesterday.

As he did that, the girls had walked down and sat down at the table ready for the breakfast to be served and learning why they were here in the house and his bed.

″Right, take for you, that counts you two Mea and Nemesis, yes before you ask, I was sleeping but I could hear when you two told the other your names″ Rito suddenly said as he appeared with the breakfast.

″So, Rito, why are these two here?″ Shizu asked him as she ate with the reply from Rito being: ″I know a thing or a few but for them being here I don't know but I think I should explain everything from my pov″ he said as he started to tell the story.

″So after school ended I walked to my locker and that is when everything started…″ he said as he started to tell the story with two girls starting to regret the actions they did

*Flashbacks (Be aware, this is what happened earlier so Nemesis and Mea's names were still unknown for Rito)*

Rito was at his locker but when he opened it, there was a letter which said the following:

″I thank you for that, not gonna lie. If I did not know of this I would not be prepered″

Which made a small smile on Nemesis's face instead of a sad face

*Back with Rito and the assassin he did not know except the name*

After a while, Zastin arrived after receiving his call

Zastin took her with him to take her to the deviluke's jail before Rito heads home. As he started to walk he checked the place where he saw and heard the cries from which was empty when he looked/checked.

″Im sure I heard cries and saw shadows here″ Rito thought for himself as he went home as he got tired from the fight.

*End of flashback*

″And that's what happened″ Rito finished off by saying after telling the story before he got the question:

″So basically, you got wrong targeted by mistake, if I get it right?″ Yui asked as she looked between the eyes of both Mea & Nemesis and Rito which in return she got from Mea who said:

″Yes, we were supposed to give Azenda someone else as a target who had the same name but the problem was who wrote the paper for us to give her, wrote wrong and that is how it ended up now…″ before looking down with Nemesis before saying ″We are both sorry Rito… we just wanna have our sister back but we never knew how her life was here on earth and yes we got that info before this mission.″ both of them said as Rito said:

″Cheer up, it was a mistake so no problem but when you two said sister, may I ask who it is?″ as he thought ″it got to be Yami, as she is the only one who has targeted me before they and sister would do the same as the other sisters if they were assassins″ before he got the reply:

″Yami…″ both Mea and Nemesis said quiet but enough for the other to hear while looking down which got the other girls surprised & confused, mostly Yami who did not know anything about this than her childhood and her new life on earth with Rito and his wives.

She haven't been told by anyone that she had sisters nor that they were also assassins like herself with the same target

″As I thought″ Rito's voice said after a few moments of silence at the table as he got all the eyes on him. ″Remember when I told you the two shadows that appeared in my dream a few days ago?″ he asks his wives as they nodded as they remember the dream he had where he encountered two shadows who said ″We will be coming for you, Rito″ with a third one standing alongside them.

″Yes, those shadows are Mea, Nemesis & Azenda as I remember two of them had hair somehow that is the same as Mea's & Nemesis. So I knew that they were the shadows and for me knowing that Yami was their sister is because she was the first one to target me so I knew that they were her sisters″ he explained as he felt two tight hugs with tears which came from both Mea and Nemesis who had surprised him after what he just said.

″Don't worry you two. Let's forget this and let's focus on the future″ He said and hugged them back for a moment before saying it's ok to join the hug to the other girls.

*Later*

″Are you sure this is okay for us to do? Like can we also get on the path that Yami have done before us?″ Mea asked Nemesis as they were at her apartment and packing their things for what you ask, well…

*Flashback*

″Do you two wanna live here, so you can stay with your sister, Mea & Nemesis. You can think of that when you get back to your home in case you decided to do it so you can pack your things″ Rito asked them as they were sitting on the couch and watching tv while he was doing the dishes before heading to the bathroom.

″Is it really alright that we move in with you all, mostly to stay with you Yami but as sisters?″ Mea asked the other girls getting on ok from most except Yami who was still unsure how she was gonna be able to be a sister, she was shaking and said: ″Will even be a good sister to you?″, Mikan was the only one to reply and said: ″Don't worry Yami, ill help you. As I been a sister for Rito the whole life, so I could help you″ with a smile on her face, Yami's lit up with a smile in return and said: ″Thank you, Mikan″

*Flashback Ends*

″Yes, the other was alright with it″ Nemesis replied as they were now near the house of the Yuki family which they were gonna enjoy their new life and when the door opened, there was their new family waiting to help with their things.

Lala, Momo & Nana had helped to get two new beds in Yami's room as they would spend more time together now and get along as sisters with Mikan's help.

*Nighttime*

It was now night and everyone was asleep but Rito wasn't… why? That's because he could not stop thinking if he have done the right thing but that will be answered when he become king.

″I wonder how long it's left for Me and Lala to marry and I become king to marry the others who already agreed on that. I have to ask Gid someday and soon.″ Rito thought as he fell asleep waiting for a new day to arrive.

Well… just a long chapter I somehow made… (which is also the longest one so far) but the character I have done writing events that lead up to them joining his family is (Please fucking remind me if i forgot someone bc yes i forgot someone haven't i?):
