Losing Control

" Their death was not your fault." He embraced her more. His white clothes stained but after a while her body reverted back to normal. The chuncks of flesh grew back slowly but surely.

He grabbed her shoulders and pulled away from her. He looked at her face which was covered in tears.

" Be calm now. If you kill everything you touch i am immortal . Serve me and I shall right all your wrongs. Become my Planchette. So what is your answer? Yes or no?"

She looked up at his deep blue eyes and he was like a bright light in her fading world. She felt as if the sunshine was washing over her making her anew.

The fire that was started minutes ago was now a burning blaze around them. It surrounded them and danced in glee. Until they were gone in a pile of smoke.

An hour later....

5 people stood in a room. Each of them with varying amounts of anger and hatred were displayed on their faces.

A short man with a round face spoke out. As he talked he sounded as if he was chocking as the pressure from the folds of his skin had made it hard to breathe. He was laced in rings of precious materials.

" My....My beautiful Miranda..Silos what is going on???"

Another voice followed.

" Why was my eldest son's body found in a smoldering mess? Half of his body was ashes! Burned to a crisp. Is this some kind of sick joke?"

It was that of another man. He was tall and had long grey hair. If you looked close enough there were some yellow accents in his mane. He looked to be in his late 50s and had already seen most of what there is to life. But there was still a sort of hothead nature about him. His finger's twitched ever so often as if he was trying to control the burning flame inside him. He wore modest clothing. If one didn't know him he would seem like a kind upper middle-class gentleman.

However Flames blazed in his eyes and it looked as if it was a second coming of a collapsing star. He wished to burn the whole world to ashes.

A frail old woman was next to voice her complaints. Her yellow skin was covered in freckles. She had a strong accent and her eyes were sunken into her skull. Her face was wrinkled and her sad expression did not make it any better.

" Silos....Your father would never let something like this happen on his watch. Even the Archbishop who they were under immediately visited our houses personally and expressed his condolences. And we all know how truly busy they are. So tell me, King *spits on the floor* Why was my Amy found naked huddled with that slimy Mr Meech's Daughter?"

A loud labored voice cut in.

" You Old bag! How dare you talk about my Miranda like that! You think just because you rose to power with your own two hands makes you better than us Ms. Chung? We all lost! We all struggled to claim our power. What gives you the right to speak about any one of us like that. Cant you see that Mr Richard's is angry? His sons burning corpse was the cause of a mass fire. You think you , you can shit on us you grumpy old coot!"

" You fat little shi-"

" Enough " A deep masculine voice cut in. They both turned to see a dark skinned man sitting in the darkness of the room. His eyes were a gold color and if you look close enough it was almost as if gears were slowly shifting behind them. He wore a black suit with gold lacing. Thick dreadlocks hung over his shoulders. They were dyed gold at the tips. Next to him was a plain unassuming looking woman. She sat in a black dress with her legs crossed. She didn't seem very unique or special at all. However her brown hair and eyes stared focused at the man who sat on the throne.

Everyone shifted their gaze to the throne.

On the throne was a haggard young man. His eyes were sunken into his skull and it looked as if he had not gotten a good night of sleep in weeks. His body although healthy looked frail and tired. His black hair had grew and it now it losely draped over his forehead. He tapped his armrest at the silence that was now surrounding him. The crown dangling by a thread of hair on his head. It looked as if it was about to fall off at any second.

" Have I really been that bad?" He looked around at the five of them. Noticing one was missing. He sighed and the shadows which once danced in his eyes merely swayed gently. He closed in eyes and his vision went white for a second.

The voice of a young girl calling out to him faded into his ears?

" Silos?Silos?Silos!!!"

As he opened them he was in a different place. A plum haired girl was looking down at him.

" Hey Big brother! Come play with me"
