Chapter 39 The Soul Reapers

Roki had been training for about a few days and he was training hard but he still hasn't figured out anything about his powers.

He knew that he had black wings and they keep adding on depending on his powers and so he was back to square one to what his actual power really is.

"What am I going to do?"

Roki was thinking to himself and he was holding his aura together and he had been in the training room and he was holding his training there and Yomi was watching him and she was hoping to find something about Roki that will bring the universe to its knees.

"He is training his body but he isn't training his mind. He may seem like he getting stronger but he is still a little boy in a man's body."

Yomi was looking at him closer and he wanted to see what he got.

"Show me what you can do with your own power that you got right now."

"What are you talking about?"

"I talk about what can you do as a person that has limited power right now. It like something is holding you back and you can't push forward and that can be a great weakness if you don't have a strong mental mind."

"I fine, Yomi."

"No, you are not fine. You are lacking in something that you can't even see."

"Yeah what is that?"

"That is something that you must figure out for yourself and then you will find your answers."

"I don't know if I can."

"You say that like you can't do it."

"But."

'No, buts, you must overcome that small problem. There must be no small problems because that leads to bigger problems."

"I can do it, how do I?"

"You just keep asking yourself that when you travel to another world different from ours."

"But I don't know where to go next though."

"Don't think about that right now and just stay focus on trying to save this world from the curses. I know a lot of people will die but we will rebuild the world when it is over. So don't worry about it."

"Yomi, can you tell me about the captains in there."

"It has a name and it is the call the soul world."

"Wait, Is that what you call it?"

"Well, it the name that you will say in your language."

"Oh, okay."

"Well, the soul world is filled up with thirteen captains really but the head captain is so strong that he isn't among the other captains in strength and he got more authority over anybody down here. All but the dead king."

"Who is the dead king?"

"Well, it says that if he says your name or even sees you as a threat to him. He will try to kill you with his words and you won't even see it coming."

"What? Is there a way to stop that from happening?"

"Yeah, don't let him make you into a threat and you might survive."

"What about the head captains?"

"The head captain has a Katana that burns like the sun and at night brings in the cold winds and ice from the moon."

"What? So he gets his power from the sun and the moon."

"Well, that one way to look at it but he can use the solar energy to unleash his Katana to set ablaze."

"So what is Katana's power is?"

"It is Nichi and Mizuki."

"What does that mean?"

"One meaning sun and another meaning moon."

"What does that mean?"

"You ask too much from me. I know that much because I try not to get into a fight with a person I can't even beat so easily."

"What are you saying?"

"I saying nothing but you need to stay away from the captains or else you will die."

"I understand but I didn't know that this will be hard."

"You want it to be easy."

"Well, it better than nothing."

"You right. It is better than nothing."

"Talking to you makes me feel a little at ease."

"No problem. Keep training."

Yomi had walked out and she was thinking that he isn't very much a threat but if the dead king knows that he will destroy this world then he will surely make sure that he is dead. So what? why isn't he coming to handle this problem himself?

In the soul world, the captains were having a meeting inside the head captain's chamber.

"Head captain Yato, I have encountered some people by the gates and I made sure to make them not come back."

"Captain Satoru, you should have handled that with care and who was it that you stop by the gate?"

"I stop the intruder from entering and I didn't get their names but I know that one is Raijin and there were also two other Shinigami there as well."

"Who was that?"

"It the third seat from my squad and Captain Mizu."

"Captain Mizu, what is the condition of the two?"

"They will be alright Head captain."

"Good, I want to have a full report on who they fought."

"We actually got Goko's report head captain."

"Mmhh, what did he said?"

"He said that one of the boy's names is Roki and the other one is a sorcerer name Benimaru."

"So one of the world above and the other one is from where?"

Head captain Yato had his eye open up and he was looking for furies and Captain Miku opens her eyes and she was just hoping he doesn't get mad.

"He is from the world across the oceans."

"So he from another world."

"Yes, Head captain Yato."

"I see. Captain of squad seven, captain Leyfion."

"Yes, head captain."

"Go and search for these intruders and bring them back here and make sure that you don't come back at less you have them with you."

"Yes, head captain."

"And also watch out for the former captain seven Yomi Hiku."

"Yes. Now I will finally meet my old captain. Yomi-sama, I will finally get the answers I need from you."

They all left and the head captain told the other to stay on stand-by until the intruder come back or captain Leyfion returns with them.

"I better go check on my third seat."

Captain Satoru had head over there and he was there in a second and he looks at Goko's wounds and he wanted to make sure that he gets the full story and understand why the head captain find them so important for captain Leyfion, the assassin squad to handle a weak person.

Goko, open his eyes, and there he had to look at Satoru and he said, "captain."

"Hey Goko, tell me what happens and who is that boy that you face off against."

Goko looks at his captain's eyes and he knew that Roki would be on his radar when he told him everything.

Back on the surface, there was chaos above the world, and Susanoo and Fujin were holding them back and they said, "What taking them so long on finding where these things come from?"

"I don't know, but I do know that my brother and I are never welcome in the nether realm for many reasons."
